The barista had horrible customer service Skills and was really rude.
She got upset because she had a call and she was also trying to take our order
[Honey one thing at a time because you didnât help us and you werenât able to handle the call].
I asked her what sugar free syrup flavors she had and she didnât know, she said "I think vanilla, caramel...." So I asked for the list (like other black rock coffee shops had at the counter, but she had no clue what I was asking for, but she didn't even go to check to the syrup counter to confirm which flavor can she offer me. Instead she got rude and just told us she was to leave to finish her call.... Nice
It Took her a while to come back, finally took our order and left again .
The place was EMPTY nobody sitting inside or lined up to order, just us, but she and her partner helped everyone at the drive thru but us.
Not kidding we waited 20 minutes from arrival to the second she finally came with our coffees
We will never are coming back, thanks God Crismon Black Rock cafe is just few blocks from there, and their customer service and speed is amazing..

   Read moreStandard Black Rock location feel. Cozy, airy, roomy with wood, leather and tile. We were greeted with a smile. However, they have some serious service kinks to workout. I placed an order for two iced coffees and a breakfast sandwich, then waited 20 minutes. After seeing multiple groups ordering and waiting 5 or 10, I followed up about my order. The location was busy on a Sunday morning. To expedite their processing, the staff was marking orders complete before finishing them. My order was marked as made, but never fully completed. It was explained that I was "bumped" from the ordering process, but after watching and studying for a bit, it was clear the emphasis was on drive through traffic. In store orders were getting "bumped" or pushed through the queue on the computer by completing the order virtually but not actually finishing the order. This allowed the baristas to move more quickly for the drive thru. This is my first poor experience with Black Rock. I will try this location again when they have clearer training...
   Read moreDisappointed when i got to the window to recieve my drink and pay NOT knowing I had a free drink with earned points. The young lady that recieved payment almost gave herself a tip. Nor did she mention that I accrued enough points and qualified for a free drink. I asked for a copy of my reciept. Upon reviewing my reciept it says that I EARNED and RECIEVED a free drink. Not the case she charged my card 7.05. And it isn' specifically itemized. It doesnt show WHAT i purchased "Large Coffee" etc. I only "purchased" ONE item. I am so disappointed and disgusted with the dishonesty and poor customer service. I can imagine how many other people they have gotten over on. I have submitted complaints/reviews to the BBB, Consumer comission Attorney general etc. Idc if its 7 dollars and change. Its the principle behind the dishonesty and lack of customer service. Character and integrity is clearly not a standard or consideration when hiring. I will also be returning and asking to speak with...
