03/01/2025 It’s cute how you’re trying to blame DoorDash’s algorithm and the system for your delay, but let’s address a few things here. First off, six minutes was the time I was told by one of your workers when I asked for an estimate, so you can save the whole “system” excuse. When I walked in, there were already three customers sitting in the lobby, eating—so it’s not like you’re running some kitchen operation so complex that a 20-minute wait should be the standard for every order.
Second, while I get that food is made to order, it should NEVER take more than 20 minutes for something that was already supposed to be ready in 6 minutes. So, don’t try to pull the “our menu items take 20 minutes” card when your timing was way off. It’s not the system, it’s the procrastination on your end. And you know what? It’s not like I was being rude about it—I use to work in the food industry, I get it. I tried to explain that, but your response? “I didn’t ask about your life story.” Charming.
Then you hit me with “You’re wasting your time”—real professional. Maybe I wouldn’t have felt like I was wasting my time if I didn’t have to sit around for 20 minutes because of YOUR procrastination, not to mention the completely unnecessary attitude from your end.
All of this would have been avoided if you would have just bagged up the order that was sitting behind you the entire time. Instead of giving me attitude, taking your anger out on me because you can’t run a shift. And even after the whole interaction you still didn’t bag the order, but walked away mumbling under your breathe.
As for the picture of you being on your phone, and also touching your hair while handling food, maybe you should’ve been handling the orders with clean hands and gloves rather than looking for ways to handle a “rude” DoorDash driver—who was just waiting for an order that was supposed to be ready 20 minutes ago. Maybe your focus should be on getting things right on your end instead of pointing fingers.
Hope that clears things up.
02/12/2025 (Pictures on yelp) I was picking up a DoorDash order and had waited 20 minutes for the order to be ready. The manager argued with me and told me that I was wasting my time on waiting for the order when I could've canceled it. Then she tries to tell me that the order requires an extra 15 to 20 minutes after the pickup time which was 11:01am. She tried to tell me that the DoorDash app was wrong and argued with me instead of just bagging up the order and giving it to me. It was sitting right behind her the entire time. Then she goes back on her phone in the kitchen after raising her voice at me. New management/Retraining needs to be done at...

From the moment we walked in, we had an awesome experience at The Buffalo Spot! Stephanie greeted us right away with a warm smile and made us feel welcome instantly. Since it was our first time visiting, she patiently explained the menu and even went above and beyond by letting us sample a sauce so we’d know the spice level. That was such a thoughtful touch!
We ended up ordering two large buffalo fries—one with pineapple jalapeño and one with mango habanero. Both were packed with flavor, and we kicked them up a notch by adding ranch on top. Pro tip: definitely ask for extra sauce because it makes them even better! The fries were loaded, messy in the best way possible, and absolutely delicious.
We also tried their new milkshakes—Biscoff and banana—and wow, they were amazing! So creamy, rich, and addictive that they didn’t even survive the car ride home.
The food was incredible, but the service made the visit stand out even more. Stephanie’s friendliness, patience, and genuine care turned a quick meal into a great experience. We’ll definitely be...
Read more4:30p.m. I'm changing 1 star to 5, cuz they really do deserve a 5 star rating. I appreciate the owners reply, thank you.
10:30a.m.-Food is always amazing! I eat here at least once or twice a week, for months now. The soda and tea always taste horrible, I even brought it to the owner or managers attention, in person. Main reason for 1 star is cuz today I was over charged $3 (4 piece jumbo tender clearly reflects $19 on the menu). This is the second time I've been over charged, please be mindful of your purchase. The fries are not as good as they used to be, not sure if this is a one time thing, I'll find out in a few minutes. Also, why do we only get one sauce (tiny cup) for two big a$$ chicken tenders? I will continue to eat at Buffalo Spot cuz the food is super yummy, I could eat the lemon pepper chicken every day, I will just need to keep checking my receipts cuz the math wasn't mathing today. Customer service is literally a human behind the register cuz they don't respond to much...
