This interaction was at the Gilbert and Southern store in Mesa, AZ at approximately 1030am on Sunday August, 31st.
I just had one of the most disturbing interactions with Caden or Kaden and the supposed manager Christian.
The manager called out the wrong order. Called out a bagel instead of a croissant. It sat for 5 min before I went up to see what the order was. I approached Caden and asked if he could check what was in the bag. He said he doesnt know he wasnt doing that. I asked if he could check. He comes back saying yeah its the maple bacon croissant and then stops and says the other sandwich. He was expecting me to tell him what I ordered. I didn't feel I needed to as I was annoyed at the whole interaction by this point. I grabbed the bag and walked away. At this point Caden made a "great communication " in a sarcastic rude tone, comment.
I then asked if he was serious!? We went back and forth and I said something to him, he said come closer and say that again like he was going to get physical. At this point he told me to leave. I was calm this entire time and told him I was going to sit down and enjoy my sandwiches and donuts with my family. I wasnt going anywhere. He knew he had no cause to kick me out.
While I we were there another patron who witnesses the entire thing came up to me and said she felt compelled to say she couldn't believe what happened. She said she would have been way more upset and got his manager right then and there.
I talked with the manager Christian. Supposedly, I feel like he gave me fake names.
The Caden I interacted with was white male who looked like a female with long blond hair to the middle of his back. Not tied back I might add. Dude looked like he haddent showered in a week. With the demeanor to match.
Christian is a large while male who acts like a female. Very flamboyant and kver the top dramatic. Extremely rude individual with zero customer service skills. I bet they both hate their life, grown men working at dunkin donuts. I guess it makes a litte sense.
On my way out, I asked for the manager and the rep said he was busy. When I said that's fine I'll wait and insisted he get him. She went back and came back with this Christian who was clearly annoyed to be there to begin with.
I asked him, " did you hear the interaction that took place?" He went on to say "no", and that he understood words were said and went on to explain how they were so busy, as if this were an excuse to have no self control and treat costomers like trash. The manager is a true hot head. Should be fired. True order taker (and a bad one at that) no...
Read moreI live 2 minutes away. I love their product, but hate the service!!!!! I go there 5 times a week and sometimes twice in a day. Honestly, 90% of the time they mess up my Order. They are very careless. If I ask for a bagel with everything on it, they give me a plain bagel. They give me whatever the hell they want . when I complain all I get is sorry but they continue to mess up my order. Aside from all that today I went to go buy a refresher normally it’s 4 dollars & change. I got a notification from my bank where they charged me $30. How they did that I don’t know. I’m super frustrated, & annoyed, i’m starting to think they are doing this on purpose!!!! Nobody can mess up the same order!! I am a creature of a habit. I normally order the same thing.. I wish the employees from Gilbert and Brown worked there!!! I’m so over them here are 2 pictures. I told them they gave me the wrong bagel and they remade it. It looked like an ice cream sandwich. They loaded up with cream cheese & was messy. They had a cheese & bacon and hashbrowns temporary. In the advertisement, it looks delicious. Take a look at...
Read moreBrand new building so very clean and cheery. Nice selection of donuts, not a many as I expected. Employees need some customer service training. Was not acknowledged when I entered nor leaving, even though I acknowledged them (when I left after using the dining room, I walked up to the counter to thank them, neither turned around to acknowledge me). Was there at 8:30am, Tuesday. Appeared 3 people working, one at drive thru and two at front counter. One customer ahead of me and one person was helping him while the second front counter person was tinkering around. Neither made eye contact or acknowledged me. Waited while the man ahead of me picked out a dozen donuts, which took a considerable amount of time. The second person could have easily taken my order instead of goofing around. If a business wants me to return, then the employees should...
