We wanted to try some place different for lunch and found this place on Google. It was a little hard to find at first with such a small sign outside and the brewery that there in being more prominent, but once you know where to go it is not hard to find. Once inside the hospitality of everyone there is welcoming and helpful in decision making, food service, and drink dispencing. I liked the flow of the brewery, when you walk in to the right is where you order the food and to order drinks and open a tab is at the giant bar they have, that takes up most of the place. For an appetizer, we ordered the cheese toasty. It was delicious, the hint of garlic with ooey gooey cheese and crunchy bread, on top of that it came with a home made marinara sauce. The sauce was great, you could taste the fresh basil and tomatoes in the sauce. The pairing was top notch. We also ordered the Irish nachos pizza. This was a personal favorite, the crispy potatoes, with the jalapeño salsa was a subtle spiciness but great flavor. We also ordered the penni popper. The pairing of picked jalapeños and raspberry sauce was unusual but a good combination in the end. If you like spice, then get the penni popper, the pickled jalapeños were spicy today, I can typically handle spice, but was shocked that a pickled jalapeño could have such a kick. The best part was how light and airy and crunchy the crust was. Everything was cooked to perfection. We also got for dessert later their raspberry chocolate cake. The cake is moist and smells like it is dark chocolate, and the raspberry center is delicious. We will be back and tell everyone we know to try...
Read moreWhat an incredible dining experience at GOAT and Ram, paired perfectly with drinks from their partner, Phantom Fox Beer Company! From start to finish, everything was top-notch.
We began with the hummus appetizer, which was creamy, flavorful, and the ideal start to our meal. The pizzas were absolutely delicious - the crust was perfectly crispy and the toppings fresh and inventive. A standout for us was the Dirty Candy pizza, which was a bold, sweet-and-savory combination that we couldn't get enough of. The Chicken Shawarma pizza was another highlight, packed with flavor and perfectly spiced, offering a fantastic twist on a classic dish.
And let's talk about the margarita from Phantom Fox Beer Company - it was nothing short of amazing. Crisp, refreshing, and expertly balanced, it was the perfect pairing for our meal.
Overall, I highly recommend GOAT and Ram for anyone looking for a unique, delicious meal. Whether you're there for the inventive pizzas, the amazing hummus, or the craft cocktails and beers, you won’t be...
Read moreOh man, when the word gets out about how awesome this pizza is.. its going to be inundated. So enjoy this place while it's still slept on. The crust is what I consider to be perfect: comparable to Pizzaria Bianco - neopolitan, light, airy, crispy, with just enough chew but without a 2 hour wait. The cheese is fantastic but could be better- use of fresh mozz would give it an insane pull, but I understand that it would take it from an $18 pie to a $28 pie so I appreciate the modest cost. The smoked tomato sauce is good if it were to standalone as a cheese pizza. If you are having all of the meats like I did, it needs more acidity and sweetness to balance the saltiness of the toppings. I wish they could put on more but I think it would make the crust soggy so i see why they didn't. Nothing a side of marinara can't fix. All that said, this is easily in the top 3 pizzas in the phoenix metro if you like neopolitan style crusts and unquestionably the best pizza in...
