Loved the customer service upon walking in very friendly. You order and pay first, then food is brought out to you by your name at table of choice. I was surprised there was no table marker with order number or some kind of indicator? The Gal who took our order brought out our pizza to us so it worked out 😀. For 2 ( 12 inch) round med specialty pizzas , 2 fountain drinks with tax and tip was around 68.00 bucks ( no coupons , price at time of visit). The fountain drinks are bottomless, and the pizza was filling! The pizza itself is not overly yeasty tasting with a soft interior, medium thickness with golden brown bottom with crispy outter crust. The cheese to topping ratio is generous with good amount of sauce to bread ratio. Side sauces are also generous amounts ( I ordered ranch and Buffalo) Topping are Fresh and have Crunch were they should. We did enjoy the cleanliness and spacious-ness of the restaurant, the acoustics were bit loud with all the dinner's talking , restaurant was a bit busy around 1:30pm.
If You are introverted or Nuerodivegent may want to sit at a booth instead of a table* There is a full on bar with seating in center of restaurant if you are dining solo or like to drink
We were given a sheet of coupons with our pizza boxes for our leftovers. During the week from 11-2pm they have a buffet that is more economical along with some other savings for large pizzas and single toppers. Over all we enjoyed the experience and food, the price is a bit high... We do keep in mind the cost of many things have gone up. We do like the freshness of the pizza and the small town...
Read moreCashier pocketed over charge as tip🚩🚩🚩 Just putting this out there so it doesn’t happen to you. Came in for pizza and wings, 1st visit ever & BF wanted to try the pizza for his birthday & find a new local favorite pizza place, we always go to Venezias. We ordered to go because friends were coming over for football/birthday and we went large. We got a 20” customized that was $48. I got 2 dozen honey hot wings for $24.99. Cashier #1843 asked if I wanted 2 different flavors & I said sure. I give him a 15% coupon off the large pizza & same time I see briefly on the screen he charged me separately for wings ($17.99 for each dozen) and I asked him about the charges and it should be $24.99 for the 2 dozen. He turns the screen around so I don’t see charges anymore, tells me he knows it says that but not to worry because he’s giving me 15% off the whole purchase and to save my 15% large coupon. He turns it back to me and it’s at the tip stage, I leave $3 since we leaving and I assume it’s $24.99 + $48 and then 15% off whole order. All of a sudden my total charge is $89.04. I ask for a receipt because the charge is crazy to me, but it doesn’t show break down. Am I stupid at math or how does $24.99+$48+$3=$89.04 AT 15% off? I was complaining to BF while we waited, which we waited for a long time, but it was his birthday so I didn’t want to go cause any scene. But guess what, I see on my receipt a day later, like really look and that cashier pocketed the difference as a tip, a TIP!? $10.83 which is the most random number and I always tip evenly. I’m going to report this cashier and you should all check your receipts because could...
