I went September 30 , 2023 to eat with my family. I order orange chicken and Mongolian beef with Chinese rice with chicken. I specify to the waitress that we are allergic to shrimp. The waitress said ok and that he will make sure about my order will be taken care off. He left to prepare the drinks and when he came back he very polite told us that the only issue with my food would be that the wok where they prepare the orange chicken also is the wok that they prepare the shrimp. That is I am no concern they will prepare it. That means to me that the “cheff” or kitchen staff did not take food allergy clients seriously. I am not complaining about the waitress because he was doing his job and he was very polite, I am complaining about the kitchen staff that from this, I could understand that they don’t clean the wok pan where they prepare the food. I didn’t eat and I left. I can’t trust them. I ate at the place before. It was last year and I ordered the same and did tell the waitress In that time about allergy situation. She said ok. We eat and I notice something strange in my mouth after I left, like swollen, then I feel stomach pain and tiredness at home. I knew it was from the food. Now I know they did not clean the wok pan. My advice to kitchen staff and Manager; make sure you take food allergy order seriously because you guys are preparing food to people that If they did tell you that they are allergic and you cause a harm to somebody there would be a problem. You can use a different wok or you can wash it before going to use it with a different food. Also that means that if they did not wash the wok pan for use it with different food they also use the cookware and cross contaminate using it for shrimp and other meats as well. If you want I can buy you guys a new wok pan and cookware to use it with different meat or I can go wash it to use it for another meat. This is simple… Many People that are working today are just working for the paycheck and not for the service…
So the restaurant it’s good only for people with no allergy issues but for people with food allergy issues this is not the place to go to eat. I...
Read moreMy first P.F. Chang's experience, and I was very pleased. Friday late afternoon dinner at 4:30pm and we beat the rush at 5pm. Always a good sign to see a crowd at a new place.
Ethan was our server, and he crushed it. Eleven year veteran there, and he offered whatever we wanted cooked. If they had the ingredients, it was available.
We ordered three dinners off the menu, and despite a sauce too spicy for ones taste, or slight misunderstanding on an order or my mango tea that wasn't that mangoey for my taste, did not deter a Five (5) Star experience.
The sweet and sour pork my friend had was demolished in no time. My orange chicken was delicious, and I took home a nice portion as it was so filling, and flavorful. My other friend had salt and pepper prawns that were great as well.
We started with the calamari and it was the best I ever had. Try it, just you'll see! Awesome to the pallet. Can't say enough about the very comfortable booths they had, and extraordinary ambiance to make the experience all that much more memorable.
I would be remiss to not mention the cleanliness of the facilities, and operational faucets, always a plus. Overall restaurant appearance was super, with smiling hosts to seat you.
To boot, Ethan was one of the best waiters I've ever had service a meal. Way up their on knowledge, personality, and he made it an even more enjoyable mnight out, then we could imagine with his candor.
Great food, service, and presentation. Ten stars if I...
Read moreHaving visited other P.F. Chang locations in other states, was looking forward to an upscale dining experience which unfortunately was the worst dining experience in a long time. Our server did a good job, but the food most of our group had, including myself was literally the worst meal I've had at a restaurant in a long time. Most of us couldn't finish our food it was dry, pastey, cold, lacking any freshness and very unappetizing to the point of inedible. I would honestly have taken any microwave meal over this meal any day, hands down. The only one in our group of 6 that liked it was the ones who ordered salads. The men's bathroom was also so atrocious, it was worse than most truck stop bathrooms I have visited across the country. I had to locate a stall I could use, and even that had "things" handling from the seat. I immediately told my server at the beginning of the meal it needed immediate attention. As we left, another male in our group who was 85 years old needed to use the restroom, and upon exiting he called and told another staff member it needed attention, which means in the hour and a half we were there, it was never addressed. This P.F. Chang locations is in serious need of someone to care for all aspects of the restaurant. We are still talking about how bad the experience was a day later. I hope someone in management sees this and takes some heavy action soon. Does not speak well for what is supposed to be on the more of an "upscale"...
