Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza — Restaurant in Mesa

Papa Murphy's Pizza is the bee's knees & this location is the most customer service oriented in my experience. I can't think of the two store managers name at the moment but both gentleman I've interacted with seem to be easy to work for, are always pleasant and conversational. They acknowledge & greet each customer that enters the store, they are courteous & friendly. The staff seem loyal and dependable because there isn't a revolving door of employees like most food establishments. I've learned customer favs and even employee favs on the menu. The pizzas are always made timely, with fresh ingredients and friendly small talk. I've been in placing an order on a busy Friday night and they were preparing orders made online for pickup while servicing walk ins and I watched them push out almost 20 pizzas in less than 10 minutes. I've never waited longer than 10 minutes for my order. After each order is ready the employee asks if you've baked their pizza before and offer vernal instructions although the instructions are wrapped with the pizza, they wish you a good day/night and thank you. I always have a great experience! The at home experience is just as great EVERYTIME! Happy taste buds, full tummy and the smell of chocolate chip cookies baking! Terrible I sent some one in to get the pizza they up sold and convince this individual to buy 1 of their large specialty pizzas with stuffed crust rather than the 2 medium pizza they were told ... ended up costing more got less food and the pizza was a Thai chicken pizza was terrible wasn't good terrible terrible service they are not car salesmen they are a pizza shop ... they need to take the order and make it that simple , I also call to complain spoke to a manager today and he said that it's their protocol to try to up sell and push ppl to their more expensive specialty pizzas, I told him that wasn't what was directed several times... he basically said that's how it is nothing he can do but he will tell the owner .... I WANT MY MONEY BACK OR MY 2 MEDIUM PIZZAS REPLACED this was the worst service I've had at this place ever and if it doesn't get corrected I will gladly go elsewhere take and bakes are usually delicious but if it can't be made right I'll just go back to delivery and have no regrets. You can't treat customers like that it's pizza you don't up sell pizza and the customer service was just terrible when trying to speak to the manager about it ... I want my 30 bucks back or I want my pizzas replaced or I will just use different services so tell the owner that and get back in touch...

My family loves getting pizza from here, and as a Celiac (auto-immune disorder that is triggered by gluten) the gluten free options are amazing! I seriously have missed being able to eat so many foods that I used to enjoy because of my illness, but after finding out they had gluten free options I tried it and felt like a normal person again and that I wasn't going to have to keep settling for whatever pathetic options there are out there for pizza.
