I just now 10:30 am on Monday Sep the 24th Drive thru their DT to order. As I pulled up to the speaker I asked the guy there to give me one second and instead of saying ok or what ever he had the nerve to say can you hurry up because we get in trouble for our time. The was the first sign for me not to order and just pull up to the window and ask for a DM or contact number. The man at the window said I’m the GM and asked me to move or he would call the cops. My first response was for him to call the cops but I needed to contact a superior and report him for his conduct. With his heavy accent he sad “ I will give it to you just move out of my DT” Thankfully I’m very smart and I’m very text Savvy I got on Google and looked for corporate’s number and reported him the storage number is 18538 just in case you guys are out wondering how to report this place. He took his name tag off and wouldn’t provide a name but that doesn’t really matter I will try as hard as possible to get in contact with the franchise owner because this location is not corporate and you can tell by the poor customer service If this man it’s not hold accountable for his actions I will continue Escalate in this issue and to gets resolved I’m not the type to escalate any kind of customer service issues but this is way out of hand

Read moreI recently went to burger king, I had a coupon for 2 whoppers, 2 small fries, and 2 small drinks for $10. Well the cashier decided to hand me 2 value size cups, I asked him why if the coupon said small. He walked about without responding to me and went over to the manager. The manager came over and said they had to give me the value size, without even letting me explain to her that the coupon said small. Once she gave me the opportunity to explained to her she said well since its such a big deal to you here are your small cups. I felt so humiliated because there was other customers in line. When our food arrived yet again they gave us the value size fries, I of course did not say anything this since i was still so embarrassed from my earlier experience. I just feel like they should go by the coupon, i mean i know were using a coupon but they did have to treat us that way. I don't think BK should have coupon deals like this if they are not going to be follow and yall are going to shame...
Read moreMore often than not, I’ve had a problem when visiting this location. On my most recent visit, they informed me that they weren’t able to take orders, as their system was down for 15 minutes. If you’re operating a 24 hour business, learn how to be open 24 hours a day. On this same visit, the drive thru was littered with trash and the outdoor trash can was overflowing.
I’ve also had issues with the front sign advertising 24 hours and an orange cone being placed in the drive thru, preventing any business.
Additionally, it doesn’t seem that the staff is fully trained to process mobile orders or use the coupons associated with the app. Several months ago, I was double charged for a mobile order and this still hasn’t been fixed.
I really hate to leave one-star reviews, but this restaurant has pushed my buttons way too many times and they definitely have earned this review. Save your time and a headache and head next door to Jack in the Box. I’ve never had an...
