I am writing to share my recent experience at your establishment, where I encountered exceptional customer service that exceeded my expectations.

During my visit to Fit Factory, I was greeted with a warm and friendly welcome by your staff. Despite the busy lunch rush, the team members were efficient, attentive, and displayed a genuine willingness to ensure that my order was taken accurately and promptly.

What truly impressed me was the level of professionalism and courtesy exhibited by your staff throughout my visit. They were patient in addressing my questions, accommodating in fulfilling my requests, and consistently maintaining a positive and welcoming attitude that made my dining experience a pleasant one.

Just left the one in Mesquite for the first and last time! My husband and I walked in and was never greeted by the staff. I should have walked out but I chose to order. I ordered the veggie wrap with beyond meat. The added price on the menu for $1.99 extra for the wrap. After paying, I noticed they charged me $2.99 for the beyond meat. I asked the staff why i was charged $2.99. The first kid said that it's the way it rang up. The menu clearly states $1.99. I then ask an older man and he stated that it's because the wrap does not come with beyond meat. It's clear that it does not come with meat but extra for $1.99. He then stated his boss told him it wad $2.99 instead of $1.99 as it is on the menu! Never will I patronize that place again! I will also let others know since a couple of friends wanted to know how the food taste. They are racking up by not honoring the menu prices and inflating the price once an order is placed!...

Came here to grab some quick lunch. I had the ChocoLatte and the Grilled Chicken bowl. The smoothie was alright - not the biggest fan of the after taste but it wasn’t awful like other people make it seem. The chicken was really good. I did ask them to make sure it was well seasoned. The portion was enough for 2 lunches for me (eating for loss, not gains) but I also don’t eat very big portions.

I took my food to go because the location is inside a gym. A little awkward if you’re just trying to have a quiet lunch.
