There was a new girl, not trained but taking orders and on register. My daughter in law and I ordered separately. The girl overcharged her and when asked about it the girl said "I don't know " and proceeds to take my order. She was asked to ask someone who would know and another lady gave her the difference back. They were out of Dr pepper and had to get the drinks from the back. Then the 2 employees and another lady couldn't figure out what burgers was wrapped or what order they went with and couldn't figure anything out while trying to give us a kids meal that we didn't order. After waiting for a good while, as everything had gotten cold, I asked for my money back. My daughter in law asked for her order. A couple (man and lady) came in at the end and she ran her mouth saying WE were holding up the line when it was the employees doing it not us. We had words with them. The new girl said "we have other customers too" and I told her that all customers make her paycheck by coming there otherwise she wouldn't have a job without customers. By the time we got home the food my daughter in law ordered was cold and she was missing 2 burgers. I personally will not go back again. I was a restaurant manager for over 30 years at 3 different companies and I don't understand how or why this would happen IF THE EMPLOYEES had actually been trained or how the older employees can train a new employee when they didn't know anymore than she did. The lady at the counter was surly, rude and obnoxious. Won’t go back there again.
I tried, but couldn’t read the menu on the wall. I told the lady that I’ve been retired in Mexico for 15 years, finally took a break during COVID and flew up to finally get annual medical and eye tests.
I have cataracts in both eyes, and am coming back in June for surgery and replacement.
She couldn’t care less. “The menu is on the WALL!”
“I can’t read the wall.”
“order by NUMBER then.”
“I would, if I KNEW what was included.”
No help from her. I was on my own.
So, I finally said, “O.K. Number 1.”
She punched it in. I looked at the tally screen to see what I’m getting and the cost. I COULD read that,, and asked if she could include an extra beef patty and cheese.
That’s how I managed this awkward and uncomfortable situation. I might have ordered something else, but this would do.

Assumed what sauces I wanted and I have food allergies. The so called manager that looked like a cook or was just not properly dressed, didn’t speak hardly any English. Worst service I have ever received. They didn’t even try to make anything right like a discount or free meal card or anything. I will never go back to this disgusting horrible establishment.
