Brother's Keeper Bar — Restaurant in Miami Beach

We came here to celebrate a friend’s birthday and received so much attitude about having brought a cake. I work in the service industry here, so I understand the challenges bars and restaurants face, but we spent hundreds of dollars on drinks, shots, and the bar’s savory food options. After this, we put a small cake on the table so our friend could blow out his candles. Our waitress came over and told us we’re not allowed outside food. We boxed up the cake and put it on the bench. Then a second person came over and very rudely told us we had to get rid of the boxed up cake on the bench. After already spending so much money there, it was in really poor taste and added such negativity to a friend’s birthday for no reason. I can understand if we came in and didn’t buy any of their food, but we did. And it’s a birthday cake… come on… It was really bad service and I will not be spending my money...

Staying at the hotel kimpton, decided to go for the happy hour with my partner, was greeted by Zak who was brilliant, explained everything we needed to know about happy hour. And gave us invaluable information on the local area, where to go, what to do to make the most of our time here. We was most impressed when we returned the next day to be greeted by Zak again asking how our day trip went and remembered loads of what we had spoken about the night before. Zak obviously takes pride in his job and it shows. Throughly impressed with the food simple quick and moreish. Will visit again before...

This is my partner and I’s favourite bar in Miami Beach, we absolutely love coming here, and we have been visiting regularly since it first opened. With the vibey atmosphere and great service keeping us coming back again and again.

The bar has a unique charm, with plenty of special touches that make it stand out. It’s definitely the perfect spot to grab a bite, have a few drinks, play some pool, and enjoy great music with great people.
