A surprising gem in Miami Beach‼️

First of all: I travel extensively & have stayed at hotels all across the world. I have stayed at several of Miami’s most famous hotels: The Setai, the Ritz-Carlton, the Fontainebleau, Loews. I had never stayed in a 3 stars hotels before & this hotel is better than some of the 4 stars hotels I have patronized.

My boyfriend chose it & it’s perfectly located near our friends who live a few blocks south on Collins Avenue. It is extremely easy to get to South Beach, Coral Gables & Little Havana, places where we like to eat. It has also an easy access Key Biscayne where I also regularly visit friends.

The Wyndham MB Trademark is so much better than we expected! The staff is amazing: ALOIS took over 30 minutes to answer my call & address all my questions before we decided to finalize our booking. Alois, JAVIER & ADRIANA are all at the front desk & they go above & beyond to be helpful, are extremely accommodating, pleasant, nice & professional. OSCAR & ACHILLES at the restaurant are also amazing. Oscar just brings a smile on your face anytime you see him because he is so sweet, friendly & always smiling & trues his best to make you feel like you are home.

Based on other reviews it seems like some of the rooms need to be updated. I cannot speak about those rooms. We stayed in an updated room and everything was great: the bathroom & the bedroom are big. The only issue for us: there was not enough closet space & no drawers. We were staying for a long time and needed more storage place but guests who come for a weekend or a few days will be absolutely fine.

The hotel is located right on the beach. The beach access is easy. Between the hotel and the beach there is a beautiful pool area that is gorgeous & well maintained with daily morning clean up. The pool is also much larger than expected. I don’t think the hotel’s online pictures showcase how great the hotel is.

Working on the beach you have: Leo & Santiago who are also extremely accommodating & nice.

For the price, this is definitely a fantastic deal! I don’t have a reason to stay in a hotel in Miami unless I am there with friends celebrating a bachelorette party, a special birthday, a girls’ weekend and so forth. But I know that this is a place I want to come back to very soon…. Mainly for the wonderful staff but also because of the beautiful place & the small scale of the hotel. I do not like large hotels. This is a small boutique hotel that I think Wyndham will keep on improving & hopefully get all the stars it deserves.

We were there while they were actually redoing the fifth floor restaurant and we could only enjoy it for a few days but they did a fantastic job. The view is unbelievable and once again the restaurant staff is just beyond kind, accommodating and fun and it does make a difference when you are on vacation. The hotel is conveniently located near a lot of very good restaurants such as one of my favorite Miami restaurant, the Peruvian gem Locura Marina. The hotel is also very accessible by public transportation, is on the route of the free Miami trolley (we took it once & it was great) and it also offers a parking right across the street for a dayly $20 fee.

I wish I could have stayed there a full month. I know I will be visiting them soon enough & I even joined the Wyndham hotel Rewards Loyalty program because I know I will be a regular guest to...

My wife and I stayed at this hotel over 4th of July week 2023. Its was just right!!! The staff was AMAZING! The staff were able to address our needs with such joy of serving. We left the hotel feeling like we were not customers, but family.

The room we had was a jacuzzi room on the first floor. The size of the room for two people was just right. The jacuzzi tub was a bit small for me, im a large guy, but I can't complain since I enjoyed the fact that it was inside the room.

Pool was clean and well maintained as well as the restrooms available to the pool atendees. The bar next to the pool makes phenomenal drinks. Even the virgin drinks that my wife and I ordered were spectacular. We didnt order food from the bar but from what we saw other guests had ordered when my wife and I return we will definitely order from the restaurant.

Beach access is just past the pool. There are a couple of glass doors and about 50 to 60 steps separating the guest from the beach. At the right side of the beach they set up two chairs and an umbrella for each rented room. All we as guests have to do is approach the staff member and they will have us "check in" so that there is a place for us to sit at. From what I gathered the staff sets up chairs at 9am everyday and remove them at 5 pm. That doesnt mean that one has to depart from the beach. The beach is opem from 5 am to 10 pm. During the hours of operation one can scan a qr code to purchase drinks, snacks, or full meals at the beach chairs. The young man that was delivering the drinks and food to the guests is wonderful. He tended to us like the rest of the staff did.

The small breakfast buffet was delicious. The employee was extremely nice to everyone we saw there. The American style buffet cost $18 per person and could be billed to the room, paid in card, or cash. Eggs, bacon (absolute amazing slices,) sausage patties, different bagels, bread, and English muffins to toast, small pastries, fresh fruit, coffee, yogurt parfaits, and cereal are available to the guests. Both times that we ate breakfast there, we should have eaten there more, we sat outside on the balcony, overlooking the beach.

Location is a bit tight at the entrance but manageable for good drivers. There are restaurants, shopping, liquor stores, grocery store, and a Walgreens within walking distance. The police station and fire station are also within walking distance of the hotel.

This hotel, the staff, the pool, the breakfast buffet, the location, and the overall atmosphere of the city made our stay truly memorable. We want to thank everyone associated with MB Hotel for a great week there. This experience has left my wife and I wondering how soon...

I don’t like leaving bad reviews but I’m struggling to find nice words to say about this hotel. Fair to say we were on a budget, and this looked great on the website. Nothing like in real life! I’m left wondering did we have the worst room in the whole hotel ? It was unbelievably disappointing. ||Our view was of the wall of the opposite hotel, no sky or anything to be able to see what the weather was like or anything like that. You can’t open the windows at all and the aircon is one of those really noisy things and it’s next to the bed so we had that off at night. The curtains were as if straight out of the bag, without being ironed so it looked fairly shabby. The worst thing, was the awful smell. It’s a problem here and I note it on other reviews. The room and corridors smelled damp and foisty the whole time - and of course you can’t open a window. They’d tried to mask it with cleaning product which was overpowering and unsuccessful and catches in your throat. I just got home and unpacked and ALL my clothes stink of it, just a mouldy damp smell. Housekeeping is inconsistent, we had to ask for extra toilet roll twice, sometimes you get one handtowel, sometimes two, sometimes a flannel, sometimes not. They don’t give you clean cups and glasses, and there is no complimentary water when you arrive even. Hardly anywhere to hang or put your clothes. Hanger space was about a foot wide, and it had three narrow shelves. Hanger space shared with safe, so not great for longer items or dresses. Most of our stuff had to stay in our cases. ||The front elevator was broken, so was difficult to lug bags about - although if you’d ask they’d probably help. The pool area is limited but mostly in the shade anyway so we used the beach. Sadly this is very crowded as it’s not solely for hotel use. ||The location is ok and not far from a citibike station so we biked everywhere. And there are a couple decent restaurants nearby. Which is good because breakfast, without a tip, is $20 each. And is pretty average. And there is a waitress who literally looks as miserable as they come- didn’t see her smile one single time. ||I thought the security of the hotel was a bit lax. We used side door to enter and exit most of the time which, whilst useful, gave unsupervised unrestricted access to all of the rooms. Likewise, literally anyone can walk in off the beach path into the hotel and pool areas - there’s no key lock. ||The downstairs restaurant was lovely and the waiter serving there was great. We’d have eaten there more but it’s quite pricey and has quite a limited menu.||We had a nice stay in Miami but if we returned we’d definitely...
