ITS HALAL
Great to be back after 4 years. I used to live in Florida for some time until i moved back to New York. I used to come to this place often. It was so worth coming back and having the food again. Great service. They also deliver. Prices might be a bit higher than a normal take out restaurant but they food is absolutely worth it. And a lot of food options for adults and children. Not a huge sitting tho. Which is OK. Enough seating for table of 6 (Max), can combine another table but sitting area could get crammed. I got the chilly chicken gyro and wife got the philly gyro. They were both rich in flavor. Filling and nice and fresh. Fries and tenders were nice and hot. Nothing was microwaved. I also got the Lemonade which they make fresh with limes and mint leaves. It was so good i got it TWICE.
A must if you want to grab something on the go or have time to sit and have...
Read moreWill not give them a 3rd try. The food is average, but I have had issues with my previous 2 carry out orders. The main issues is that the person taking your order seems to just make a random guess as to when your order will be ready for pickup. She told me it will be ready in 35-40 minutes. After 15 minutes I got a call from another person asking where I am and when will I pickup as it is ready. I told him that I haven't even left my house since I was told of the long wait and that I was concerned it will get soggy just sitting there while I drive to get it. He assured me he would take care of it. Of course, it was terrible by the time I got home. Also, If you order the hummus they only give you 2 small pieces of pita so you have nothing to eat the majority of the hummus with and if you ask for more they look at you like you are nuts. I will find another...
Read moreI ordered the felafel plate. I also come from the other side of Miami thinking that will be good. The felafel was dry and over cooked. The rise was okay, no salt at all. They were two pieces of pita bread which was okay. Side of strange veggie which were not fresh at all. He didn't bring any salsas so I had to ask him. No thaziki salsa, instead some white sauce. Like sower cream. The Greek salad had strange veggies bite by some animal. The vegetables are not fresh. The Olives are from a can the cheapest one from the supermarket. Not any spises. The dressing not very much, actually not at all. I definitely don't recommend the Greek salad nor the felafel plate. I think that is fine, but not something that I would repeat again. Very ocward service. It should be fresh for this money. No. I personally wouldn't go...
