Silk Miami Beach is an absolute gem on Lincoln Road — a stunning Japanese-Italian omakase fusion restaurant that delivers on every level. From the vibrant ambiance to the impeccable service, everything about Silk radiates class and creativity.

The cuisine is a masterpiece: the chicken Milanese, red snapper, and steak were each prepared to perfection, but the real showstopper was the truffle Brussels sprouts — simply unforgettable. The cocktail program is equally impressive, showcasing innovation and balance in every sip.

A heartfelt thank-you to Pam, the event coordinator, for her warm hospitality; Pietro, the owner and a true Italian gentleman; Alex, the beverage manager; Eddie, the exceptional head bartender; and Mitch, the outstanding captain who tied it all together. This incredible team truly makes Silk one of Miami Beach’s finest dining experiences.

We had a wonderful experience at Silk. The space is beautiful, from the lighting to the decor to the music, and the energy feels relaxed yet elevated.

The service made the night. Everyone was welcoming and attentive, but special thanks to Mitchell. He truly hosted us, offering thoughtful recommendations, checking in at the right moments, and making everything feel easy and enjoyable. He set the tone for the evening and turned dinner into something memorable.

Rob our server was so polite and welcoming. He took care in understanding what we like in a cocktail to recommend the best drinks for us. I had a mezcal spicy drink that was perfect - no ice, concentrated and flavorful.

Overall, my favorite dish was the picanha. Cooked perfectly, melted in the mouth and we had a nice table-side fire show upon delivery. The sushi was fresh and filling.
