The Bay Club — Restaurant in Miami Beach

I had the pleasure of visiting the Bay Club in June with two of my closest friends, and we were fortunate to be served by Domingo at the bar. From the moment we sat down, he was nothing short of outstanding. As someone who is quite particular about my cosmopolitan martinis, I explained exactly how I liked them. Domingo not only listened carefully but crafted them to perfection every time.

His attentiveness, professionalism, and warm personality made our experience truly exceptional. We enjoyed ourselves so much that we returned to his bar the following two nights. In a time when great service can be rare, Domingo's hospitality was a refreshing reminder of what top-tier service looks like.

Had the absolute worst time here. The waitress named Isabel P. was a total snob with no manners. She was bringing us our check while we were still eating. Giving us dirty looks the whole time. She is absolutely out of control. That’s not normal behavior. If I spend $200+ at a restaurant I do not want to be rushed out of my table and treated rudely. I will not be coming back. I have been coming here for 10 years since they opened. This place has gone down hill so much. I was so disrespected by the waitress it was so disgusting. Bad manners!!!! Learn customer service. The food has gone down too it’s not as good as I remember. DO NOT COME HERE unless you want to be treated like a piece of garbage. Hellooo!!! We just stopped by for a drink after having dinner at sardinia around the corner.

I have passed by this bar many times and it always looked nice to me so last night we gave it a try.

I can see the bar has a connection to the restaurant next door. Same owners. Same account. So pizza is available.

Ordered at the bar and sat at the gorgeous red both. We spent about 45 mins there and no one picked and cleaned the empty table next to us which definitely was full of pizza crumbs and a visible pizza stand.

Drinks were good but I am so sorry I do not understand how a bar charges $2 for a piece of ice (frozen water). This is a turn off (-1*).
