Dunkin' — Restaurant in Miami Township

We went a few days ago one hour before closing .. 2 girls working and complaining and a boyfriend hanging at the cash wrap. The one girl probably the one not so much in charge and younger was attentive took my order.. 2 donuts and a latte.. the older one with the boyfriend I guess was making the drinks and she just continued complaining and talking .. I waited 10 min for the drink .. which is whatever and everything was tasting ok . Maybe she just doesn’t like her job .. not looking for overly friendly and it is an hour before close - I get it! But do your job, if you don’t like it and making drinks find another job! I’m sure the franchisee wouldn’t want mediocre and horrible customer service. By the time I swung around leaving parking lot back on main road all the lights were off and closed .. it was 7:45pm they close at 8 .. not sure who owns this place or the district manager is but wouldn’t you want to know??!! Everyone do your job! It’s a great location and could do so much better - friendly staff...

We went up to the drive through and lady that took our order she said “we close in 10 minutes”. We asked for whip cream and she said “that already comes on it it’s a signature drink”. So then she proceeds to hand us our drinks and not put whip cream on it. She was extremely rude when we came up to the window. I have never had this problem at the Starbucks down the road and will be returning there for now on. I have always received excellent top notch customer service here. I like Dunkin’s drinks better but I want what I paid for. She ruined my drink that I was excited to have. On top of that I am not PAYING MONEY to get service from a rude worker who had a ton of attitude for no reason. This is not our first encounter and I am done dealing with this disrespectful behavior. She certainly does not belong in customer service. If you go through the drive through watch out if you see a pale short haired girl with attitude! She is ready to rumble! Don’t say I didn’t warn you...

This is a new Dunkin in our area. We don't go to Dunkin very often because my family prefers a local donut shop instead. We stopped here after a doctor appointment for my daughter so she could get an iced coffee and bring some donuts back to her brother and dad. They do not have a large amount of donut varieties compared to other locations. Service was great. The woman taking our order was friendly and attentive. Drinks were made quickly. Donuts were packaged just fine as well. The inside is really nice and clean. Not tons of seating, but enough and a nice patio for when the weather is nice. They have a large drive thru lane too. I did not see people waiting very long in the lane when...
