I ordered an iced London Fog, a standard café drink. It's a very simple Earl Grey tea latte with 3 pumps vanilla. The barista told me she didn't know how to make the drink and asked her co-worker, to which they said it's milk, vanilla, and black tea. I had reiterate it was specifically Earl Grey tea. She said "Okay, it'll take 10 minutes to steep, is that okay?" I said yes and paid for my drink. Spent $7 and got lukewarm sugary vanilla milk. Read moreThis Starbucks is hit or miss. This is the second time they have messed up my drink. I ordered a Cinnamon Almond milk Macchiato, the drink was made with crushed ice not cubed, I think the espresso was stirred in and not sitting on top of the milk and no caramel sauce was on top. The drink didn’t taste good. I’m not sure why it was made differently. Every Starbucks chain should be consistent in their drinks. Drinks should be the...
