Nice cozy Venezuelan fast food place. I went to this place exclusively for the arepas. The place is small but cozy and it has a nice décor. The service is good and fast. They have a couple of TVs around playing videos. There is a large variety of arepas on the menu and you can also add additional ingredients to any of them. Prices are similar to other local arepa restaurants -not cheap nor pricey. There are a few tables set outside. Parking is limited as this is a small shopping plaza with a total of 3 businesses and the parking spots in the parking lot happen to be assigned and labeled for a specific business. I had the shredded beef arepa and it was tasty but didn't like the fact that the beef was not fully shredded so it was like a beef spagetty -a long string of beef which made it hard to eat. Aside from the arepa I had a papelón - and another and another. It was so delicious. It is a typical Venezuelan drink consisting of lime and panela. I could drink this for days it was incredibly refreshing. Customer service was good -not something I have experienced a lot in...
Read moreWe went with Venezuelan friends who confirmed the fare is the real thing. This was our first time trying cachapas, something our friends described as a sweetcorn pancake. It's really something between a corn fritter and a thick pancake. It is fried golden-brown, covered with a choice of mild Venezuelan cheese, folded in half like an omelette, then smothered with more cheese. The sweetcorn gives it a subtle sweetness; there is no sugar added. We were there at lunchtime, so we had ours topped with a choice of shredded and seasoned beef, pork, or chicken. They were good enough that I plan to make them at home. Five of us ordered the cachapas while the other two shared the sampler. All were happy with their choices. The only letdown was the guanabana juice. It tasted like sweet water, nothing like the fruit or the juice we've had elsewhere. Finally, know in advance that this is a diner for locals, not a sit-down restaurant. Bottom line, worth a visit if you want to try real...
Read moreBudare Bistro is a great place to eat Venezuelan food. When I go to Miami this is a must go place.
Great food. The arepas, pabellón criollo ( white rice, black beans and fried plantains) is a classic, empanadas, tequeños, and all plantain dishes are all full of flavor and this is a must go place.
I have eaten here several times and the food has always been great, not good, but great. All food items on the menu are great depending on your cravings.
I highly recommend this restaurant. The staff is nice and friendly. The place is small and it gets jam packed quickly. But it is a great place to have lunch or dinner. Kid friendly.
Try it out. You won’t go wrong here. If you are unsure of what to order ask for suggestions, helpful servers. You will thank me later.
