My husband and I recently dined at GoBistro Little Havana, and it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment we walked in, the ambiance was warm and inviting, perfectly blending traditional Japanese aesthetics with a modern twist, and anime on the screens.

The sushi was nothing short of spectacular. Each piece was a work of art, beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. The freshness of the fish was evident, and the creative rolls offered something for everyone. The Sumo Slam and the Dragon Roll were particular standouts, with the perfect balance of spice and sweetness. Avocado Fries are a must try, simply delicious.

But the real star of the show was the ramen. I opted for the Curry Ramen, and it was heavenly. The broth was rich and savory, it is spicy, I added some Coconut Milk to smooth it out. The noodles were cooked to perfection, and the toppings—soft-boiled egg, tender pork belly, and fresh green onions—made every bite a delight.

The service was impeccable as well. Our server Micaela was attentive and knowledgeable, offering great suggestions and ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our meal.

Overall, GoBistro is a must-visit for anyone craving authentic sushi and ramen. I can’t wait to go back and try more of their amazing dishes! Highly...

First time coming to Go Bristro in Little Havana, first off it wasnt in our my plans to visit this restaurant, however outside the door we were greeted in such a beautiful way by Waitress Orietta Vegaz in such a polite and sweet way, me and my family had to accept invitation to the restaurant.

First of all, our waitress Orrieta was extremely helpful and sweet and super patient and explain the entire menu and gave us many good recommendations in reference to the menu and drinks. She was amazing. and my family was super happy with her.

We orders many viriarity of Sushi types and honest to God, to be in this restaurant for the first-time, the food portion and Quality was super excellent and tasty food quality was extremely fresh.

Drinks were a little expensive, however they were great and we purchase a couple of drinks higly recommended by our waitress Orietta Vega.

We Defenetly recommend this place as is a family oriented and pleacent, there bathrooms are super clean and neat, i was totally impressed and happy with there service and the Sushi Cheff knows his stuff every dish was my favorite.

If you plan to come and visit this place and want to have the ultimate experience, please ask to be served by Waitress...

GoBistro Little Havana is an absolute must-visit! If you didn’t catch that, let me say it again: GO THERE!

I can’t emphasize enough how incredible this restaurant is. They’ve just opened in Little Havana, but they’ve been serving amazing food at their Hollywood location since 2013. I first visited them when they were in Wynwood, but now they’re thriving on Calle 8.

During my visit, I tried the Tuna Crush Maki, Chicken Bun, ramen (miso & shrimp), skewers, and two beers—traditional Sapporo and Lucky Buddha. Every dish was outstanding. The maki was fresh and full of flavor, the chicken bun was perfection, and the ramen stole the show. It’s the ultimate comfort food—richly seasoned, warm, and simply delicious.

Since I’m allergic to shellfish and don’t eat tofu, they even customized the ramen for me with a vegetable broth and chicken option that wasn’t on the menu. The flexibility and attention to detail really impressed me.

I also have to highlight the service—it was out of this world. This place is not just about the food, it’s about the entire experience. GoBistro Little Havana is a gem you won’t...

Winter is coming and it's always the perfect time to dwelve in a good bowl of ramen. The warm smooth broth with their perfectly cooked noodles brings comfort. The sides, from pork belly to ajitsuke, add extra dimensions. I have a deep passion for this dish and ate at over 100 ramen restaurants around the world. Alas, this new spot in Miami didn't satisfy our hunger. We ventured ourselves with two bowls: the traditional tonkotsu and the curry ramens. While the staff was friendly, both bowls were disappointing. The tonkotsu tasted like instant ramen, the broth had no depth and was quite light (brix seemed around 5-6), the chashu had the right texture but missed on flavor (please braise it to bring forward umami and sweetness), the egg was just plain cold soft boiled egg. After all these years, you would think that Miami, an international destination, would finally serve a good bowl of ramen. It doesn't. So the stars aren't for the food, but for the super friendly and welcoming staff, alongside the atmosphere of the place.
