Cane Fire Grille — Restaurant in Miami

My recent visit to Cane Fire Grille was an absolute highlight, and I can truly say it lived up to the hype, especially during Miami Spice! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt welcoming and perfectly balanced for a relaxing meal. I started with the plantain and yuca croquetas, and they were simply delightful – crispy, flavorful, and a fantastic way to begin.

For my main course, I opted for the burger, and it was hands-down one of the best I've had recently; perfectly cooked and incredibly juicy. However, the real star of the show was dessert. The croissant bread pudding was "beyond amazing" – a rich, comforting, and utterly decadent treat that left me speechless. My friend also thoroughly enjoyed the coconut flan, praising its authentic taste.

The service matched the exceptional food. Our server, Jorge, was incredibly attentive and kind, ensuring our dining experience was seamless and enjoyable from start to finish. The food here is very good and the servers are so kind. The only thing that I really didn't like is that they don't really check up on you until you are completed with your meal. The area is so beautiful but I think it is in a strange spot because it is in the lobby of the Marriott. The Hurricane Drink that I had was not mixed well and it had WAY too much alcohol in it and not a good mix of everything else. My husband had the burger and he said it honestly isn't anything to write home about and I ended up with the alfredo which really wasn't that bad at all. Would I recommend this place? Simply outstanding. The guy behind the counter WANTS you to have a good time. He is fast, understanding. I never came here but thinking lots of travelers do, I am sure they fully agree. Had a salad with steak on top. Would think….”just ok”. Nope. Meat so juicy and tender, cooked at what I asked for. People have smile on their face in that bar. Which is close to the airport. Airlines people…..Marriott close to the airport is so clean, renovated and convenient. Come.
