Loved my experience here. Wonderfully calm retreat from the touristy buzz of Bayside Marketplace. Didn't catch the name of the gentleman behind the counter but very friendly and forthcoming. Made me feel like I wasn't a total stranger to that city. The seating area (I counted four seats, so you may not be guaranteed to get one during the busiest times of the day) is separated from the main walkway only by a glass wall and floor to ceiling shelving, decorated with vintage paraphernalia and seemingly floating in mid air. So while you enjoy your smoke inside, you can either watch TV or people, without feeling exposed. There is also a vending machine with beverages. One of my favorite features is the artwork on the wall (presidential portraits are by Amit Shimoni, as I was informed, and I'm seriously debating getting some for my house). The whole place is just set up so nicely, and customer service is great. Cannot stress enough how relaxing the hour or two we spent in there was, really made my day.
