From start to finish, my experience with Celido Rocio has been nothing short of outstanding. What immediately stood out to me was the warm, welcoming energy they bring into every interaction. Their professionalism is balanced perfectly with a genuine, approachable vibe that makes you feel comfortable, valued, and cared for the moment you connect with them.
Celido has a natural talent for anticipating needs and going above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. The level of attention to detail in their service is rare—you can tell they truly take pride in their work and treat every client as a top priority. Nothing ever feels rushed or forced; instead, they create an environment where things flow seamlessly, which makes the entire experience both effortless and enjoyable.
One thing that really stood out to me was Celido’s knowledge of sushi. Not only were they able to answer every question I had, but they also pointed me in the right direction with recommendations that completely elevated my experience. Their understanding of flavors, textures, and pairings was impressive, and it made the meal not just delicious, but memorable. Thanks to Celido’s guidance, I ended up trying options I might have overlooked on my own, and I’m so glad I did.
Beyond just the technical side of their service, it’s the atmosphere Celido creates that really sets them apart. Their positive energy is contagious—you leave not only satisfied with the food and service, but also uplifted by the interaction itself. It’s clear they love what they do, and that passion shines through in every aspect of their work.
They are dependable, consistent, and incredibly easy to work with. Whether it’s the small thoughtful touches, the way they communicate, or the genuine care they show, Celido delivers an experience that exceeds expectations time and time again. You don’t just walk away with great results—you walk away with the feeling that you’ve been taken care of by someone who truly values their craft and the people they serve.
If you’re looking for someone who embodies professionalism, skill, reliability, and an unbeatable positive vibe, look no further than Celido Rocio. They have a gift for turning what could be an ordinary service into a memorable, feel-good experience. I can’t recommend them...
Read moreI’m beyond frustrated with this place. We called three days in advance to confirm their hours for New Year’s Eve, and they assured us they’d be open until 10:30 pm with no issues. We even double-checked that they didn’t take reservations, so we planned accordingly. Had they told us the correct closing time, we 100% could’ve made sure to get there earlier. But when we showed up at 9:30 pm, the place was completely closed—no sign, no explanation, just a dark, locked door.
It’s incredibly unprofessional to mislead customers like this. They told us one thing and then just decided to close early without any warning. This completely ruined our night, and I won’t be coming back. Save yourself the headache and avoid this place!
Below is the picture of there opening hours on New Year’s Eve, which are a total lie! Extremely unprofessional
I’ve been a loyal customer of this restaurant for a while, and I’ve always loved it. It’s been my go-to spot for a great meal, so I was especially excited to spend New Year’s Eve there. I specifically chose it because it’s within walking distance of my apartment, and with the Brickell/Downtown area being so hectic during this time with street closures and heavy traffic, I wanted to avoid any stress. I thought it would be the perfect, hassle-free option. But when I arrived, I was devastated to find they had closed earlier than they had communicated to us. It was an unnecessary inconvenience, especially from a place I’ve enjoyed and...
Read moreExtremely disappointed with the fact that we were not even able to try out the place. Coming all the way from Doral, we were so eager to taste Omakai Handrollbar. We planned out our evening and arrived approximately at 9:10-9:20PM on 11/27/24. We had checked their hours and social media to make sure they were not closing earlier due to Thanksgiving coming up. We parked in Downtown and walked to the restaurant just to be disrepectfully suprised by the Hostess or the lady standing inside (on the fornt of the restaurant). As we opened the doors she told us (very rudely) “no we are closed” and forcefully closed the doors leaving us outside. I did not even get a chance to ask why or to ask when would they be open again.
I am so sad and dissapointed, hopefully no other custumer had to...
