I travel and cut my hair in a lot of different areas but this time was the worst in my life!

Not only did he take advantage that I didn't know Miami, their prices, etc.... and he took also advantage because I was in a hurry... charging me almost 60$ for a simple beard trim is not fair.

At least if it was a decent cut but you cut me next to my eye, you left my face full of hair while you knew I had an important meeting but you took advantage of my hurry and me being naive. It's my fault too, I had to read this on your face.

I can guarantee that this man doesn't cut with Passion but only for money, he kept asking me and trying to convince me for additional services.

Hoping to catch me as a tourist, he succeeded for a part, by the price and lack of service

You don't deserve to be in that shop with the other guys, I don't know them but I believe they are not charging 60$ for 5min and when they arrive at their destination, people are making Fun because of thé cut and dirty face you left. + They are not cut

I was lucky enough to be able to schedule a last minute appointment with Enrique at the downtown location. My haircut came out great and Enrique couldn’t have been nicer. During the haircut they’ll offer additional services like cleaning up your eyebrows or nose hair(I did both). I was under the impression they were quick services included with the haircut, but after I left I received an email saying they adjusted my bill an additional $25 for those two services. I found this weird because when I was going to leave I asked if I owed them any money or if what I already paid online was good and they said I was good to go. I get it, especially since the nose hair service turned out to be wax, but I wish that was a little more transparent. Maybe a small list of all services at each station would be helpful in cases like this. There was also something about just charging my card without letting me know that didn’t feel great. Obviously this isn’t Enrique’s fault, just the way The Spot does business. All in all I will definitely go back to Enrique for another cut next time I’m in town and...
