If 0 stars was an option I'd have chosen it based on the sole attitude of the security staff that actually rules the building, most exactly, the supervisors. When the front desk staff tries to be gentle with residents, always comes a supervisor from nowhere trying to avoid any gesture from them. After arguing with one of these supervisors last Friday, being insulted, followed and harassed by him, can't be more than happy about having already decided to move my office from here last month. No decent person anywhere deserves such a poor, uneducated, harsh and ignorant attitude in what was supposed to be a luxury location. Shame on the supervising staff and shame into who selects them to work, because is using an absolutely wrong personnel selection method giving to an absolute moron the chance to interact with people from a certain...

Horrible experience living here, hasn't been a year and I'm already ready to move. Management has a terrible attitude towards everything. The walls are super thin and there are so many noise complainers where they'll fine you before even verifying the complaint, even the security person coming up couldn't hear noise every time. But you have to wait for association meetings to go dispute something that happened months before. I wish they were as enthusiastic about clearing the area of all the homeless people and dog piss as they are with fining you. Only good thing here is views but they're no good if you're unfortunate enough to have an sound sensitive neighbor that doesn't want you breathing in your unit, meanwhile other apartments are throwing raging parties and I can't have a couple of friends over without getting fined....

We just purchased a unit here last week and I have nothing but good things to say about the experience so far.

Everyone from management, to the front desk, and even residents are warm and friendly.

We came from Paraiso Bay, and if you’ve lived in any of the Paraiso buildings (except One P.) you would know it is an absolutely terrible residential experience, so I am more than elated to live in a building that clearly has the best interests of the resident in mind.

Shoutout to Angel and Donald for making the move-in process as seamless as possible for us. There were a couple hiccups as goes for any move-in day, but they worked through it with us to the best of their ability and have been overall incredibly easy...
