Ideal Nutrition — Restaurant in Miami

I am here to leave a REAL review, not a review for points nor a free meal. I discovered this place last year August at the "Downtown Dog Days" event in Downtown Miami. The first meal we ever tried was the #17 (Cowboy Steak) and I forgot which one my gf picked up, I believe it was the Stuffed Shells.

But anyhow, I can't believe almost a year later, I no longer care at all for Ideal Nutrition AT ALL. I hyped this place up major, I was recommending people and everything. Now, I ride all the way there and it's either they don't have the same meals, because they do rotate and that's understandable or the freezers are always half empty. I stopped going, after I clearly seen there wasn't going to be anymore Cowboy steaks, I eve settled with the replacement which was pretty similar AND NOW I can't even purchase those because ONCE AGAIN they've rotated the meals.

Even after skipping for a month or so and returning to the location, the options are still the same, and boring. I've finally gave in and decided not to return back to this place, in which I hate. This was literally the ONLY place with a "prepared" meal I'll actually eat, because we all know the other places may lack flavor/taste.

Even a resident I recommended decided to opt out and they were getting "weekly" meals because I recommended them. Their favorite is also the #17 (Cowboy Steak). I'm done with this place now, seriously!

I deleted the photos I took of the refrigerators half empty one morning I stopped by at 9am and there was barely anything in the refrigerators, which is a bit confusing when you arrive thinking you'll be able to grab a few things before everyone...

Love this place and come here nearly everyday. Such a great, convenient addition to downtown.

Pros:

1. Everything I've tried has been tasty and fresh. I like that even though it's health-conscious, they don't skip on the sauces with many dishes.

2. The price -- $7.70 per meal is such a steal. I've been doing the math compared to groceries and meal delivery services where you still need to cook everything yourself and Ideal Nutrition still has them beat!

3. Rewards program for free meals after you spend a certain amount.

4. They frequently have buy one, get one free sales on items that are rotating off the menu.

Cons:

1. There is a bit of inconsistency sometimes. For example, with the wings sometimes my meal comes with 8 wings, sometimes only 6 or even 5. I initially thought maybe they measured by weight but another example is I'll get 2 small pieces of broccoli then another time I'll get loaded with lots of big broccoli pieces so it really just seems like a gamble. I feel like that affects the actual nutritional facts listed.

2. Needs a bit more frequent menu changes as I find myself sometimes getting bored with current selections.

3. Snacks, bars, and cookies seem a little overpriced so I've never bought them. $5 for 4 veryyy tiny muffin/cookie ball bites is just too much.

I had the opportunity to enjoy the food served by the company for a couple of months, and I must say that it was truly exceptional. The quality and taste of the food were consistently outstanding throughout my entire experience. Not once did I encounter any issues or concerns with their meals. It's clear that the company places a great emphasis on providing delicious and satisfying options.

Moreover, I found their customer service to be top-notch. The company's representatives were always friendly, attentive, and responsive to any inquiries or requests I had. They consistently went above and beyond to ensure that I had a positive experience with their service. I greatly appreciated their dedication to customer satisfaction, which further enhanced my overall impression of the company.
