ella — Restaurant in Miami

I am a fan of Michael Scharwtz and have always kept Michael's Genuine in my list of top 20 restaurants, unfortunately like many other Miami restaurants, Michael's didn't keep up over the years and this pop up cafe is another disappointment. Service is SUPER SLOW. Everyone inside was upset and only waited because they had already paid. There is nothing really interesting in the menu, only overpriced everything bagel and cookies. Avocado toast was OK... but who can ruin an avocado toast. I left the cafe smelling like a kitchen, hungry and dissatisfied....

The service and quality in this cafe are so poor and unprofessional. They also have a bad hygiene when preparing food and drink orders. We ordered what was supposed to be green smoothies and something to eat - same lady that took our order and money at the register went to prepare the order with bare hands, which was so disgusting to see. And her customer service attitude was very rude! We’ve been here a couple of times but never going back after...

Visited here and got an iced coffee along with a muffin, and I must say that both treats were delicious! The coffee was the perfect blend of coffee, cream, sugar and syrup, and the muffin was sizable, moist and delectable.
