Where do I start … this place is BEAUTIFUL & the food is a 10/10 & Adela our server was amazing! She recommended food for us and order food for us based on what we said we liked and I truly appreciated that. The reason for my 3 rating will have to be around the hosting staff. We felt discriminated against to be honest. We were the second guest to arrive (we had a reservation) & I asked if we could sit outside in which she said yes & she us to wait on the side in which we did with the welcome Prosecco. We noticed that everyone who was waiting in line was getting sat outside before us!! After they sat all the guest whom were after us they then proceed to sit us. We get to our table, it’s a small table not fit for three people especially with multiple glasses and plates on the table. When our server Adela comes to us, we proceeded to tell her that this is a very small table and with the food that’s coming out and the drinks that we have, is it possible that we can get a bigger table? She informed her manager of this and she comes back and lets us know that if we want a burger table, we will have to sit inside. A few minutes later, her manager, Mike does come over to speak with us and we tell him the situation and he says there’s no bigger table outside and he will be more than happy to sit us inside. We explained if we were sat when we originally came in instead of you guys having us wait we would be seated at a table that is more appropriate. To give you an idea of the size of the table I want you to think of a small coffee table that you put on the side of your couch. I will say that Mike used his problem-solving skills and ended up giving us another end table to put in front of our table to create more space for us. After that, we were all very appreciative of that. But then when we were wrapping up our brunch, we noticed a group of five people being sat at a table similar to us as a matter fact it was right next to us. And we could overhear them speaking with their waiter asking if they can get a bigger table because there’s no way you could sit a party of five there. The server comes back and tells them the same thing that we were told that there’s no other tables and you can be sat inside. I also want to add that there was a table that was leaving and they did ask, Hey can we just sit there and they told him no it’s already reserved for someone else. Based on my perception, no one’s able to reserve a table what it looks like from my perception is first come first serve based on your party and when you got there. Again, I want to reiterate that the food, the atmosphere, my server and even Mike they were fantastic. I think the area of opportunity within this is perception and yes, as a guest of your restaurant I may not understand the logistics of everything but my perception was, what is it about my group of friends that we have to wait to be sat and everybody else gets to be sat before us when everyone has to make a reservation and I’m sure everyone’s...

Latin flavors with a chic spice. Quinto is the fifth station where Latin fusion embarks on a glamorous setup. Tucked in Brickell City Centre, on one of the floors of the EAST hotel, the restaurant features an indoor elegant/rustic setup, as well as a comfy and smooth terrace chill area, where you can comfortably sit at high tables with cushioned seats and farm tables for a nice, shared dining experience.

They surprised us with some fried crab cake starters and crispy focaccia (hint: ask them to warm it up to enhance the flavor), all of it on the house (but let’s be honest, for the price you pay, it’s the least they could offer).

As starters, we ordered the grilled octopus. Even though it's one of my favorite dishes and I always order it, on this particular occasion it didn’t quite meet my expectations, as it didn’t taste that fresh, and octopus, just on its own, should be marvelous. The potato on the side really surprised me, as I’m not a fan, but it tasted very good; it was a smoked mashed potato foam. The roasted cauliflower with smoked eggplant cream, lentil salad, and roasted cashew crumble was a little stiff, but I’d say it was good. From all the starters, the fig quinoa salad was my favorite, maybe because of its sweet sparks notes.

As main courses, the entrecôte with truffle fries was a standout. The meat was tender and on point (even though it wasn’t medium rare), and the French fries were thin-cut and crispy, with a perfectly balanced truffle scent. We topped it off with some sautéed exotic mushrooms with onions, wine jus, and chives.

The crystal salted milanesa (a breaded NY strip steak served with Dijonnaise and llajua sauce) was also a favorite. They serve a big portion, so it’s a shareable dish.

A mildly executed espresso martini shimmered my appetite and set the tone for dessert.

To close on a sweet note, we tried the three main desserts: the Basque cheesecake, made with cream cheese, aged Manchego, and Pedro Ximénez sherry foam. This is not really a Basque cheesecake at all, it tasted more like the American kind, as it was stiff. Not a bad execution, but named completely wrong. The Pavlova de Maracuyá, a meringue with homemade passion fruit sorbet, fresh mango, and micro mint, delivered a whimsical cotton candy taste. The Dulce de leche fondant, spooned with homemade creamy banana ice cream, pecan cookie, and white chocolate graham crumble, is a next-level dessert. All my favorite flavors collide in this interpretation. Just make sure they bring the fondant super warm so the dulce de leche erupts all around.

Sergio, our server, was on point and delivered as expected, always attending to our requests with a smile and Latin charm. Meanwhile, Michael, the manager, greeted us personally to ensure our experience was meeting the Quinto standard.

Quinto captures the essence of many popular LatAm dishes, but not at LatAm prices, a tag not all Latin American customers will be...

Trendy Uruguayan restaurant inside the East hotel, serving a nice selection of seafood and meat dishes prepared delicately in a fresh and savory manner.

Unfortunately I could not give this restaurant a five star because even though we had the most amazing evening on 2/16/22 with delicious food and wonderful service, once upon our exit we encountered a little short man with A very bad attitude and temper his name is Ben and he manages the sad line of people that are waiting to go upstairs to their night club called sugar. After a long evening wearing heels I wanted to walk across the street where I live and he would not allow me to walk because he had his little sad rope for his people they were waiting in line eagerly to go upstairs, and he rudely told me I had to walk around the building and he said it was “non-negotiable” sadly I don’t even think he knows what that term means, however he exerted his power on us, two doctors & an entrepreneur that came for a business meeting and even had a room at the hotel even though we live across the street but apparently his power to treat people rudely at this hotel is superior!

The Ambiance ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This restaurant is so unique and beautiful you truly feel that you are in a whimsical garden or jungle. There is pretty soft LED lights throughout the restaurant with so much greenery and beautiful nature you just feel like you’re escaping the problems of this world.

The service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Superior service inside the restaurant, the hostess was attentive and professional. Our table was impressive and comfortable & our wait staff was extremely accommodating, attentive to detail and always there whenever we needed something. It’s as if they anticipated our needs before they even became a need. Really enjoy this experience.

The food ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ There’s nothing on this menu that would disappoint! Everything is just perfectly prepared, it comes to your table at the proper temperature with beautiful place setting. Everything is so well seasoned and the flavor is just unexplainable, pure deliciousness!

Cleanliness ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ From the restaurant all the way to the restrooms, everything was in perfect condition and clean. The restroom was well stocked with supplies and fresh smelling.

I think this establishment would be perfect for business meetings or family gatherings, friends gathering and...
