had the pleasure of dining at Cafe Americano Miami in Brickell Centre recently, and from the moment I stepped through the door, I was met with exceptional service that truly exceeded my expectations. Despite not having a reservation, the receptionist warmly welcomed us and promptly seated us indoors, offering respite from the scorching weather.

Our server, who introduced himself with an infectious smile, guided us through the menu with expertise and even highlighted some exclusive offerings. Throughout our meal, he attentively checked on us, ensuring our satisfaction with every bite.

Our dinner at Cafe Americano was beyond words! 10/10 recommend. My wife and I just got married over the weekend and we did a mini honeymoon for a few days in brickel because our big honeymoon is this summer. We had a reservation at another restaurant but because we stayed at EAST Miami, we decided to change last minute because this had amazing reviews and was a short walk away. The staff at Cafe Americano was phenomenal. When I made my reservation on open table( just 2 hours prior) I asked if they could bring out a special dessert at the end of the night for us. The manager here (so sorry I can’t remember his name) went above and beyond for us. When we sat down he brought us a bottle of champagne with a rose in the ice. Then for our app we ordered a pizza( one of the best ever) and they made the pesto and tomatoes in the shape of a heart. Then at the end of the night brought out a dessert plate with 3 different desserts and a sweet message written in chocolate. I was so blow away by the kindness and thoughtfulness of the whole staff. All the food was 10/10, the atmosphere was beautiful, and service was amazing. I recommend this restaurant to anyone, great food, service and atmosphere. Can’t ask for anything more!
