Swanky mini golfing like never before.
The 9 hole course was really fun and creative.
Dress code - pretty much anything goes. Some people are dressed very casual and others in heels and club attire. I personally would opt for something sort of in the middle. A little dressed up, but comfortable.
You're not doing a ton of walking since the 9 holes are sort of all jammed together, but you will be standing most of the night. Even with your reservation (we had an 8:50 reservation and didn't actually make it onto the course until about 9:30ish) you'll be waiting in line. Not a big deal to me as I used the time to go back and forth to the bar and socialize with my friends. We didn't try the food, but there seemed to be a pretty good menu. Drinks were OKAY. Just okay.
Atmosphere - super interesting. Very hip. There was a DJ on the first floor which adds to the vibe. Music was REALLY loud. I sound like a Karen and trust me I'm not. I'm the type to blow out my speakers I like my music so loud, but this was a little too much. I could barely hear my friends. It's literally on the same decibel as it is in a night club.
PARKING - okay, now I'll be a Karen. MY PERSONAL OPINION: I H-A-T-E parking in Brickell. There are the parking garages at Brickell city centre which is what you'll want to opt for choosing. Look for the security desk in the shopping area for a validated parking slip. I believe it only gives you half off, but that's better than nothing.
Price - I think I paid $19 and I was with a group of 9. My friend booked the slot, so I'm not sure if that altered the price. Definitely worth it.
I'd also like to mention if you're going here on a first date, I'd warn you that's probably not the best option. To reiterate, it's so loud and there's a lot of time where you're just standing around in line waiting to get on the course.

Francesca M. Miami, FL 27598266 11/18/2022 1 photo My friends and I went to Puttshack opening week and it was crazy. I don't think they imagined the number of people to be there. We had reservations and waited over an hour to play. There are 3/4 different types of "fields" to play. Since it was a Saturday it was definitely busy. Playing a game took much longer than usual. The concept of this is great since there are not that many adult gaming experiences. But they need to improve their organization and reservations.
The drinks and music were great. The ambiance felt like a fun club to be at on a Saturday night but still a relaxed/chill mood.

Michael B. Atlanta, GA 3117730 11/12/2022 Had a reservation. Showed up an hour early to grab a bite ahead of time. Informed the staff we had a reservation so we were "pre-checked" in. Once we were ready to play we were put in line to wait along with all the other walk-in guests.
Terrible experience. Informed the manager who simply said "so sorry", and did nothing to change the situation or accommodate us in any way.
What's the point of making a reservation? To make matters worse we were here an hour early! Very disappointing.
Additionally, the playing experience was awful. The course is very tightly packed and extremely overcrowded. Have to wait for multiple parties to go before playing a hole. Constantly bumping into people isn't what miniature golf should be like.

Read moreMiniature golf has always been one of my favorite pastimes. Earlier this morning, me and my dad visited Puttshack Miami for the first time. We arrived right when they opened at 11AM and I was immediately met with one of the employees and he was super nice explaining to me and my dad how each course works and how to register each player for each course. In order to register each player for a course the registry screen at the entrance, will ask for a phone number, first name, last name, date of birth and also email address for each player then payment method. Additionally, the screen will ask you to create a name for each player in which will appear on the screens above the course keeping track of your group's score as you play. If you know, for a fact, you will be playing more than one game during your visit, I believe you can only pay for one game at a time meaning that you can't unfortunately, to my knowledge, pay for more than one round at the same time. I may be wrong about that. If you would like to purchase another game, you would have to go back to the first floor and pay for your second game separately. Keep in mind you can also book a game through their website which is nice. For example, if you want to play one game and then later, take a break to eat and then return to playing you can pay for your first game and then after you finish eating, make a booking online through their website for the second game you can do that in order to gauge how busy it was while your there and how long each hole may take while your there and then if desired book a second game either as you did at the beginning or on your phone on their website and immediately start playing once you're done and ready to play again. After you leave the course you should receive and email(s) with your score and other information about the course you played such as number of “supertubes” and number of hole in ones each player had for each course which I think is very nice in order to try and do better the next time you go back which I really like! You and your other guests can later compare how everyone did and see who did the best during your visit. Courses open for play during my visit were “Ruby” and “Sapphire”. We started with the "Ruby" course which is on the second floor of this location you had to take a quick elevator to the second floor of this location to the "Ruby" course in which then you walk to the screen for the course in which you click your name you created on the first floor when you arrived and paid for the course and then you will get the ball for each player then you can grab your putter and immediately begin playing. The cost I paid for myself and my dad for 1 game (9 holes) for the Ruby course was about $40. When we first met the employee when we arrived he told us about a promotion that was Monday-Thursday get your second game half off. Because of this promotion and the place was relatively empty I went ahead and paid for another round but this time on the first floor for the “Sapphire” course. The cost for 1 round for 2 people for the Sapphire course with the half off second game discount was $20. Each hole even had different themes even true and false trivia question holes! Keep in mind that this location is in Miami, specifically Brickell City Center which is usually very busy and full of traffic which may impact parking and how long you might be there and if you might have to wait for people in front of you at the next hole to finish before you and your group can move on. I definitely can't wait to go back! Very fun! I definitely recommend going to try it out! Also, you don't have to be a professional mini golfer to play you can take each hole slowly (unless people are waiting-keep those behind you in mind while you are playing so everyone has a good time!) and enjoy your first and/next time there because...
Read morePuttshack Miami is, without a doubt, the pinnacle of modern entertainment and dining in the city. From the moment we walked through the doors, we were transported into a world of excitement, joy, and unparalleled hospitality that far exceeded our expectations. I had the pleasure of celebrating a truly special occasion here with my fiancée Frances and my son Matthew, and I cannot thank the Puttshack team enough for making it a night to remember.
While the incredible setup and high-energy atmosphere of Puttshack are enough to win anyone over, what truly set this experience apart was the remarkable service provided by John Avellino, the Director of Hospitality. John redefined the meaning of hospitality, going above and beyond to make our evening magical in every possible way. His attention to detail, warmth, and passion for creating memorable experiences were evident from the very first interaction.
John made Matthew, my 9th grader, feel so incredibly special that it brought joy to our entire family. Knowing how important this night was, John surprised Matthew with a beautifully crafted, custom-made ice cream dessert that was not just delicious but also presented with such care and creativity that it felt like a centerpiece of the evening. The smile on Matthew’s face and the sense of awe in his eyes were priceless. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated to ensuring every guest feels valued, but John truly made it his mission to deliver an unforgettable experience for our family.
The food and drinks at Puttshack were equally impressive. Every dish we ordered was bursting with flavor and beautifully plated. From the appetizers to the entrées, the menu showcased a perfect blend of indulgence and creativity. The cocktails were expertly mixed, refreshing, and complemented the vibrant energy of the venue perfectly. And of course, the custom ice cream moment curated by John was the highlight that tied it all together.
The mini-golf experience was nothing short of phenomenal. Puttshack has taken mini-golf to a whole new level with its high-tech setup, engaging challenges, and immersive atmosphere. Each hole was unique, combining fun gameplay with clever designs that kept us laughing and competing throughout the evening. It was the perfect blend of family fun and sophistication, appealing to both adults and children alike.

Five stars is simply not enough to describe how wonderful this experience was. We will be back time and time again, and I cannot thank the Puttshack team—and especially John—enough for making our night so...
