I have been there before many times, but this last time will be the last time . I do not recommend this place due to their terrible customer service and lack of respect. Their employee would give me an attitude if I was not ready to order. My husband ordered a smoothie before I did so I taste it. I asked if I can change the smoothie for his prior to paying and makung my smoothie but the "manager" Steven valdes stated that its too late. I tried to consume the smoothie that was made for me but couldn't because it was made too sweet. I asked him if he was able to remake me a smoothie due to the sweetness and he told me he just lost $8.50 and was not able to remake it. Instead asked for me to repay for another and argued to me how im wasting his food. I seriously couldn't believe that the manager was complaining about $8.50 and was not concerned about service to the client. He compared the establishment to McDonald's saying you dont order a big Mac and ask for an exchange. After all the back and forth he then said he will give me the smoothie for free and his food was wasted. That is not how a business is ran. I explained to him a business is ran from service and there's no revenue without service. Also at the end of the day restaurants throw away food by law, so to tell me that im wasting food when regardless its wasted was seriously ignorance from his part. DO NOT...

When it was finally my turn I entered my info and payed, the screen then showed āunable to process feeā so I entered my credit card again. The screen then showed payment processed. One of the girls asked if I had ordered twice and I said no, I checked my bank account just to find out I was double charged. I told one the girls, she took my info and said she would contact the manager since the manager isnāt there and they donāt know how to handle refunds. :| Iām not sure why thereās no manager available to handle refunds on the spot. I didnt even finish the wrap then I tried the ground turkey which I loved. I would order a turkey bowl and a smoothie bowl which cost over $20 every week. I would order through uber eats so that i could just pick up my food and go. At first things were OK but then each time I ordered there was something missing or something wrong with the order until the last time that I ordered my food. After I got home and ate most of the food, I took a bite and something felt weird.
