If I can give this location a -100 I would. My wife and I went to this location yesterday evening via drive-thru. I ordered a number 6 meal and asked for a coke to drink. The girl on the intercom said they don’t have any and did so with an unpleasant voice. I asked what do they have and she replied by saying,” you tell me what you want and I’ll tel you what we have.” So I asked for a sprite with the meal. I pull up to second window and as she is giving me the meal I ask for a sweet and sour sauce which she then proceeds to tell me they don’t give sauces that are not chicken nuggets. I asked how much? She stated 0.50 cents. I asked is this is new because I come often and I am never charged. She smirked and said that it just recently changed. I put the window up and asked my wife to provide me with the receipt so I can contact Corporate. No receipt. No straw. No napkins. I put car window down and ask for my receipt in which she then extends her arm out abruptly to give it to me. At this point she already had me aggravated so I snatched the receipt. As I am pulling away in the vehicle she yells, “f%*# you b&@$&! “. I stop the car and get off and in the process eh slams the drive thru window which happened to open up on its own again. I get to the window and she viciously throws a large soda right at my face and starts yelling. I yell back. All the employees are watching this as well as the vehicles behind waiting in the drive thru as well. My wife contacted the police and I am currently in the process with Corporate to have this employee fired as I made it perfectly clear to the manager who was also in disbelief from what was going on. She had told me, “why didn’t you just ask me for the sauce?” I replied with,” I shouldn’t have to request a manager to ask for a sauce, this isn’t about the sauce this is about the principle in which your employee is out of line and completely disrespectful, if you do not terminate her I’ll make sure you are terminated as well.”
Do not go to this location. As customers were trying to walk in I told them to walk out after explaining what occurred. No one wants to do business with a organization like this having enployee(s) like this.

Read moreI live a quarter mile from this location, so I decided to go through the drive-thru. It took 15 minutes to receive a four-for-four meal. That's not all, I decided I wanted a harvest chicken salad. Before I can say salad, the manager Cuts me off and says "we don't have any!" No problem right? Right!? so after 15 minutes I proceeded to the window and I was not given a receipt, fries look like they were under a heat lamp the Nuggets felt like it taste like it was under a heat lamp, the only thing that taste like fast food was the soda. I'm not looking to get anyone in trouble, but Miami has some of the rudest staff anywhere. we take no pride and giving people Hospitality, respect or common courtesy. I am from here and recently I went to Colorado. I got some of the best Hospitality I ever got in my entire life! Before you send me a Wendy's bot response to tell me "we're going to do something about this location", don't send me anything. You need to shut this location down either they're closed at night or they don't have certain things Supervisor's need training and management needs the same. Everytime I come to this location people are playing around or talking about what they did that weekend before. I could care less what you do the weekend before, just do the job in question. If you don't like what you're doing, find something else. Quite frankly I don't say anything like most people because most people are afraid to get something "extra" in their food. Read moreWe arrived into miami late evening wanting to get a quick bite. I’m a massive fan of Wendy’s but extremely disappointed to be greeted with such customer service. During the order the employee seemed extremely annoyed with us. After the order, we went to pull up and was waved to stop so the sensor did not start the clock. I’m assuming the clock he referred to was the one that tracks how long the orders take and if they’re with in the standard. As we were sitting 10ft or so, in front of the 2nd window, he kept reaching a bucket out the window and touching the ground with it. We were waved up to the 2nd window when the food was finally ready and greeted with a female worked up about something. Saying “I’d fight her if she wants!” And the male that took our order was no surprise out of the world rude....
