Dunkin' — Restaurant in Middle Township

so sad. i’m born and raised in town so i’ve been raving about this dunkin over the north cape may one for years and found that they WERE far more superior in every category, whether it was the drinks tasting the same each time, the selection of foods being available, and the cleanliness, but today’s order will make me NEVER STEP FOOT in the Rio grande location ever again. I will preface and say that it is Labor Day so it was insanely busy. I waited 30 minutes for my mobile order which even so is super understandable considering it’s a holiday, But they did not have any munchkins at all after I paid for them and they told me I had to contact someone online for a refund, my coffee had black hard pieces of something in it. I’m hoping they were just coffee grounds, but they were very hard and lined the Bottom of my cup. And lastly, my breakfast sandwich had a long blonde hair in it. I didn’t even take a bite yet. I never write reviews but tonight was so upsetting I went in 2 hours before closing to pick up hot chocolate for a Christmas party and I was told that I could not get any as it would take 15 mins to make. I didn’t think anything of it assuming they closed shorty and left sat in my car and checked and they close at 7pm it was 5:30… I drove to the ocean city Dunkin where they quickly made hot chocolate as it literally comes out of a machine.. I asked the worker there if this was an inconvenient task he said no we don’t even turn off the machine… the workers in Rio are lazy and hate receiving money is my guess. Hot chocolate isn’t the end of the world but this was insanely annoying and inconvenient and it’s pretty sad when the ocean city Dunkin workers even said poor things about this location. Get it together making drinks is literally your job ! Work somewhere else if you feel so above making a freaking box of...

I traveled a bit away to spend vacation here with my family and the morning of Memorial Day me and my patriotic family went in to grab some breakfast. My daughter orders a donut turns out it was stale that’s my first complaint, she also got a coffee which didn’t have any oat milk in it, so she went up to the worker to ask for some milk and instead of getting milk she received a nasty and snarky look. Second I ordered a sausage egg and cheese and usually the cheese isn’t melted to my preference so i ask the worker up at front to make sure it’s melted and he spoke to me as if i was dumb and said they couldn’t do it. I receive my sandwich and well the cheese isn’t melted and i asked the employee who made it to fix it and he leaves the long line waiting to order to come tell his employee no they can’t do it. Lastly my other daughter ordered a refresher that was very watered down. Do not come to this dunkin worst...
