Starbucks — Restaurant in Middle Township

This is the absolute worst Starbucks I have ever been to. I walk in with my friend and the barista taking our orders was extremely rude and kept leaving and coming back while we were trying to pay. I ordered a venti pink drink with light ice and my friend ordered a regular caramel ribbon frappuccino. Twenty minutes pass and I finally get my order in my personal cup.. so I thought she gave me some passion tea thing and I said I ordered a pink drink with light ice. Ten minutes later I get my pink drink with an EXTREME amount of ice no where near a regular pink drink with regular ice it was almost filled to the rim they also didn’t add the dried strawberry chips in it which are extra. I took five sips of my pink drink and it was completely gone. Next another 10 minutes go by, my friend still has not gotten her Frappuccino. The baristas weren’t printing the tickets and kept messing up multiple times and were all very rude. Another five minutes pass and one of the baristas yell out to everyone sitting in Starbucks “who’s cup is this and what did you order” so they didn’t even start the drink. I waited a good hour waiting for a freaking pink drink that they messed up and a Frappuccino which they also messed up by giving us a Creme base instead of the regular one ordered. Seriously ridiculous, and there were MULTIPLE employees working. Will not be coming here EVER again! I paid almost $6 for just a cup of ice. If you’re thinking of coming here turn...

Staff is incredibly rude. Yesterday, they closed the drive thru over over 15 minutes early and i saw them tell the customers after me who were knocking at the door to go through the drive thru, even with the cones blocking it thay they had just put there. Today, I made a human mistake of ordering from the Courthouse location (a better location anyway). I knocked at the door and they all ignored me rudely. I walked to the window, and when the lady opened the door she was yelling at us very nastily. She kept trying to scroll through my phone receipt without asking me, which I told her to stop, and then they screamed at us that the courthouse location is down the street. Also, their Google hours are completely incorrect. If you're going to close your store at 4pm every day, please don't write "closing at 4pm today" and leave your Google hours up. Merry Christmas. Definitely would not wanna work with this crew. They have a help wanted sign out front... wonder why.

My family travels a lot and we have visited Starbucks all over this country. This review is based on this store against all others that we have visited. Additionally we've been going to this store off and on during the last two years that we've lived here so this review is also based on numerous experiences over time. In comparison, it is probably one of the worst we've been to in terms of drink quality, drink consistency, and overall customer service. It's unfortunate because we used to go to Starbuck's all the time in previous places we've lived, but now we've shifted to getting our coffee at Wawa. Geez.... when we lived in the Seattle area we had delicious coffee shoppes on every corner to choose from. Here, we can't even count on Starbucks.

Something I don't understand about this particular Starbucks is why they have such a small storefront. They are consistently busy with a line of people waiting to order and a hub for tourists.
