Starbucks — Restaurant in Middleburg Heights

The staff is usually full of some of the most pleasant people you'd ever encounter. The wait time can be a little much, but that's okay because I know I'm paying for a service and things take time. I'm a very loyal and patient customer. I've had my basic drinks screwed up multiple times, but I still came back. This time, I will not. My husband decided to go through the drive thru and order a few drinks. The woman at the window was incredibly rude and short with him during the transaction and handled the drinks poorly, as tea/coffee came spurting out of the top. No apologies from her end. My husband left only to realize half the order was incorrect. He was mad about the rudeness of that particular employee, but even angrier with the fact that it seems as though our drinks are ALWAYS being made improperly. Why are we paying close to five dollars for a drink that's almost always incorrect? I called (which takes a lot from me considering I am non-confrontational by nature), but I politely told the manager about today's situation. I didn't mention a word about my continuously messed up drinks. I also said I wanted her to be aware that maybe the person in the drive thru shouldn't have been working that station to avoid frustration for another customer. The reaction I got? A cheerful, insincere, "OK THANKS!" and a click on the other end. No apology whatsoever for the bad experience, which is the very MINIMUM she could've done. The manager's reaction alone ensured me that I will not be coming back. Money down the drain and not to mention, a manager that can't handle a phone call....

Resident Starbucks guru here....gracing his presence into the reviews of this location. Ok ok....really people, I am not full of myself. But it is super fun to try and be anyways! I digress, this isn't about me, this is about Starbucks....my love. My life partner. My simpatico. So, onto the review.

I cannot say that I am a huge fan of this location, nor can I say that I do not like it. I am very sorta in the middle. First, the parking at this location is an absolute NIGHTMARE. Whoever had the grand idea of putting a Chipotle and Starbucks in a plaza alone together....must have been a functioning alcoholic. Two places that draw large crowds shoved into small spaces and equally as small parking lots? I THINK NOT! Not to mention, this is on a BUSY main road....which means getting in and out of here can cause you to draw up your last will and testament.

Of course, they have coffee. Lovely, beautiful, sexy and delicious coffee. My order was correct and the staff here was friendly. They do not have a very large selection of snacks or Starbucks gear....so if this matters to you, look to another location. The store is small....like small small. If you are looking to sit and work in peace, it isn't gonna happen amigo!

The have a nice little patio outside but only has a few tables to sit at. I mean to be fair, there are only a few tables inside too. Did I mention this location is small? All in all, I would come to this location if I had no...

Highly disappointed in this location, it was one of the best locations I’ve visit and it just went down hill. The restaurant was dirty as far as counters, tables and floors. There were also like 20 fruit flies on one pastry and a ton just flying around inside the pastry display. The cashier got upset when I asked are they serving them to people. Then when waiting on my drink we waited 20 min and asked for a water the barista Devin who said he was a manager got frustrated and said next time tell the cashier very rudely. But it didn’t stop there he made a tall drink instead of a venti which I ordered and when I mentioned it you could see smoke coke out of his ears! He proceeded to make a new drink and put 2% milk instead of nonfat which I am allergic too and can’t digest he then questions rudely why does it matter if their both from a cow which was non of his business if that’s what I chose to order. He continued to speak sassy and argumentative until I received my drink. I did speak back rudely because once I was questioned about my reason for what milk I use because he made a mistake and gave me the wrong one. As I said to him what if I were in the drive thru and did not notice his mistake! I’ll never...
