McDonald's — Restaurant in Middletown Township

Just left this location. It was my first time here. They only do take-out and supposedly curbside pickup.

I placed an order for curbside pickup and went to the check in area. Waited more than 15-20 mins and eventually had to get into the drive-thru line (which was quite long). Before doing this I tried to call the place twice with no response. Finally when I get to the order for drive thru they cannot identify my order (they confused mobile order versus curbside).

When we finally figured out that curbside pickup orders are in a separate category/system, they blamed me for leaving the curbside area even though I had explained I waited more than 15-20 mins. Their response was simply, “oh, just drive around then.” When I finally got to the pick-up window to get my order and I asked whether someone came out, the lady at the window said they thought someone did, but they weren’t sure.

This location is quite busy and I guess the result is that they become obviously disorganized and overwhelmed during the food rush.

Food was fine, but obviously cold.

I took an eldery friend for some shopping. Got hungry and were near this McDonald's. My friend wanted a fish sandwich. They don't have them at this one!! So then ordered a large cheese burger meal. Paid over $8.00 and got to the window to get the food only to see 3 employees pouring drinks from one cup into another and trying to fit lids.. it was weird watching this. They finally hand me the bag and when they hand me the small drink... I said are you sure this is the correct cup size? Not one employee answered me. They just shut the window which to me was the ... go away... sign. We left and I threw the drink out and got one at wawa which is near this Mc Donald's. While sitting there waiting on the food... the sign says they have a diminished menu. I find that odd considering the Broomall Mc Donald's has everything and excellent service. Will not return to this...

This has got to be the best McDonald's I've ever been to. I've come to hate McDonald's food over the last few years. I just thought their food was just garbage from now on. Until I came here the first time. I placed my order in a hurry, didn't even want to eat there but was running late. Received my order fast and when I was eating it I suddenly realized how good it was. Then the next time I went just as good, and I've went there frequently over the past couple years and I've never had a bad experience, unacceptable wait time, or low quality food.
