KFC — Restaurant in Middletown

::UPDATE:: I tried going back and giving them another go, just for the food, and it was terrible. They messed up every aspect of our order.

They made my Zinger wrong (after verifying it twice over the speaker and ANOTHER time at the window) when all I wanted was it without lettuce.

They gave me Chicken Littles with nothing on them, and famous bowls without cheese, and even gave me wedges instead of mashed potatoes like I ordered.

My chicken was hard and almost completely cold. If it wasn't for the drive, I'd definitely be going back and demanding something better. What a complete waste of time and money. This location isn't worth it.

Staff was rude, condescending, and overall lazy. Me and my friends ordered 2 Chicken Little's each, and were ostracized for it, humiliating us in front of the whole dining room with snarky remarks about our order of 8. Apparently 8 is too much for the staff here. If it wasn't for the quality of food KFC has to offer, they'd deserve 0 stars. I'd look for...

Had an experience last night with Lea the shift manager. Had digital coupon in which I was only allowed to use for my Dad & not myself. Typically understandable. However, how rude, obnoxious and negatively dogmatic Lea talked to me as a customer, put me in a position to write this review. When I let her know that I will be contacting someone, it didn't move her one bit. In addition, my family & I have been very patient with hardly no chicken after 9:30pm or very restrictive menu & up to a 40 minute wait for something simple as a pot pie on more than a few visits. In addition, constantly being out of special food. Most of the time, after 9:30pm, it's like they've basically shut the restaurant down. Why stay open late? We have found ourselves going a couple of exits up to solicit another KFC. My recommendation is if you want KFC in Middletown after 9:30pm. Went to this KFC for lunch. I asked for two number ones added coleslaw. The gentleman taking the order would not listen long enough to let me get a word in edgewise and then charged me $23.00 for two number one meals that is normally $16.00 I called back and asked to speak to the manager and he kept telling me he was one of them but I want to speak to the (store manager). I will definitely call back tomorrow, but I would not recommend this KFC to anyone, especially if they're going to rip you off and charge you $7 for coleslaw. That is the same size of the mashed potatoes and gravy that is in the box that is supposed to be $8 each after rounding up and making the donation. Beware and it is very pricey if this be the case.
