Buffalo Wild Wings — Restaurant in Middletown

My partner and I wanted to grab an early dinner (or late lunch). We came in at 3:11pm on 7/11/24, seated ourselves, server came fairly quickly asking about drinks, and we ordered appetizer right away (chicken tots). Appetizer came out at 3:53 (40 minutes waiting for Appetizer, there were only 3 other tables of guests). We didn't get any silverware, so I got up and asked, server said she will bring us some. 10 minutes later she came to the table and just threw 2 forks down (not wrapped in napkin at all). Tots were cold, but we didn't want to have to wait another 40 minutes if we asked them to remake it. Rest of our food came out at 4:10 (10 traditional wings and brisket burger, which I asked without bacon aioli, but got it with, what seemed to be, extra bacon aioli. If I could give 0 stars, I would have. This is St Matthews, I had a top notch service at B dubs on Dixie Highway. Will never come back here nor would I encourage anyone else. This was the worst dining experience we've had ever. 1) It's Sunday night football & they had only 1 manager on duty. 2) It took a while for our drinks, then for our apps. When our server brought our apps (queso was burnt & had a hair in it) she started walking away. I had to tell her we wanted to order. 3) Mine & my husband's food came out about 30 mins later (no catsup for fries). Mine wasnt what I ordered. Our kids food didn't get their food for another 10-15 min after that. & mine came out 5 min after theirs. The food was terrible & my hoagie was stale. 4) We had to ask another server for a manager bc we could find ours. Then our server comes up & asks if everything was ok. 5) She brings us our check with my order compt & says per her manager. 6) When she comes back for our payment we ask if we're going to get to speak to the manager. When he gets to the table he said he didn't know that we requested him. Then he only compt 25% of our ticket. We were there for almost 2 hours. My husband and I ordered food through doordash app with expected pick up time of 18m minutes. After ordering it said it would be an hour so we waited in the car. After waiting an hour, the app said our order was ready and to go pick it up. I go in to pick it up at the counter where three employees are just standing there. They ignored me for several minutes before asking me if I was picking up an order. They told me my order still had a few more minutes. I waited in the store another 15 minutes until my order was ready. After getting home (a 3 minute drive) the food was cold. Not sure how it wasn’t ready but everything is cold. I shouldn’t have to microwave my food after just picking it up from the restaurant. The staff is unprofessional and the food is literally NEVER ready on time. This has happened so often that we are no longer going to this location (Middletown). I will not wait another HOUR for an order when it takes maybe 10 minutes to make and the store...
