I thought that all restaurants had certain standards when it came to how you pull your hair back when you work back in the food area. I thought you at least had to wear a hairnet or at least keep long hair in a ponytail. At least the restaurants that I worked in. I went in and order the bacon turkey Bravo sandwich, brought it out to my car started eating it and drove away. Found a hair on top of my sandwich and I thought it could have been mine even though my hair was pulled up in a ponytail) I ignored it, but then I found a hair in between my sandwich and I had to literally pull it out from in between the turkey and everything and it has sauce all over it. And it was very long. I had to turn around and go back and I ask for a refund. They did offer to make my sandwich again, but because I found a hair on it, I just couldn't eat it again. I will say that the cashier and manager were nice, but I was concerned that there were several people in that kitchen including the manager who had long hair that were just under a hat. All of them were down with no ponytail and no hair net. And when I mentioned maybe asking one particular girl to pull her hair up, because I'm pretty sure that's where my hair came from (their hair was half way down their back), the manager simply said " it's definitely not my hair, I haven't made any food today." But the thing is, he did walk through the kitchen where the food is several times. So regardless of if he was making food or not, if your hair is not secure in a ponytail it's going to fall out and it's going to land in food. If I thought that they were actually going to do something to change the fact that hair was falling in food, I wouldn't have left a...

Read moreOn Dec 1, 2020 I visited Panera, as I often do before heading to work. I usually get a tuna sandwich and soup. Yesterday my sandwich was sparse on the tuna, so I contacted the store to let them know. I felt that I should have received what I paid for. I spoke with a very nice manager named Julia and she took my name and said she would leave a note for the morning manager to make me another sandwich the next day at no charge. When I arrived at the drive thru, I asked to speak with the manager as Julia informed me to do, and I gave her my name and informed her that Julia had taken my name, and made a note to replace the sandwich. Instead of the manager (whose name I do not know) simply stating that she would take care of it and apologizing for the inconvenience, instead, she gave me a lecture (with an attitude) on the amount of tuna they put on the sandwich. I informed her that I come several days a week and get the same sandwich, but unfortunately, the sandwich I received the day before did not have the usual amount of tuna on it. Unless, she stands over every employee who makes a tuna sandwich, she does not know how much tuna was on my sandwich. I just simply wanted the replacement sandwich. I did not expect a lecture and I was offended that she felt the need to lecture me. I am very disappointed with the way this was handled. I won't go back to this location. I'd had a problem once before with the way a sandwich was made...it was a sloppy mess and again sparse on the tuna! The Dutchman's Lane location is...
