7/30/25 Can't get their act together. Ordered a caramel macchiato and was asked if I wanted it hot or cold. !?!?! A caramel macchiato is only hot. What you are referring to as the cold drink is an iced caramel coffee. Don't you know your own menu? Besides all that, I said "hot" yet when I got to the window I was handed a large cup of milk with a drizzle of caramel sitting at the bottom. No coffee appeared in it at all. When I said it was supposed to be hot the female at the drink station tells me the order says iced caramel coffee. WTH? You're arguing with me?!? I don't care what it says, that wasn't what I ordered. She begrudgingly made the correct drink. Then they couldn't find one of the mobile orders I was picking up and had to park, go in and find a manager (as I was instructed to do). When I went inside, the manager searched and couldn't find it. Then he had to research the order codes. I said several times I had one of the orders in the car and that it was a sandwich and fries. I said that so he could, by process of elimination, determine which of the two orders were missing. He finally found the orders and remade the exact same order I already had!
You can't even see your location getting off the highway. It's completely hidden even though it's "right there." I was working in the area quite awhile before I even knew there was a McDonald's around. Order on 7/4 had several items missing and received a drink with a pick-up order nobody ordered (couldn't tell what it was and also wasn't full) and received an iced caramel coffee instead of the hot caramel macchiato that was ordered. When the iced coffee was brought back and it was pointed out it was just a cup of milk, the employee said, "Yeah, they are mostly milk." WHAT ABOUT AN ICED COFFEE SHOULD BE MOSTLY MILK?!?!...
Read moreI ordered on the app, and they lost my order. I was sitting in my car for 20 minutes and then the order disappeared off my phone, like it had been delivered to me. I went in and asked what was going on. They asked my order number, which I didn't have because it disappeared. They then argued among themselves about who deleted the order and what was on the order, trying to figure out what i ordered. I could have told them but they didnt seem interested in what i had to say. After a long wait someone came forward and told me they use the app all the time, it was super easy to find the order number, and they would show me how. They then fumbled around on my phone for 2 minutes to tell me that the order wasn't there so i must have got to the last screen and not hit submit. "It happens all the time" I then said that is impossible, because the screen said to wait in my car for like 20 minutes. I had the screen up the entire time until it switched. "I don't know why it said that, it's not in your order screen so you didn't submit it" At that point she hits home, a button pops up right at the top that says past orders. I said " hit that button". She did, she saw my order and then they went back made it. A 10 piece chicken nugget and a mcFlurry. So there I am, walking out 30 minutes after I placed my order, no one apologize, just handed me my food 30 minutes late with a big smile like I should be happy with them. But that's not all, they didn't mix my McFlurry. I asked they guy who handed it to me if it was mixed because all the topping were on top. He assured me it was mixed. I left thinking maybe they gave me some extra topping on top after mixing for my trouble. Nope, it was a cup full of soft serve ice cream with toppings on top.. a...
Read moreI went inside for a happy meal. One happy meal on my way home from the gym for my sick toddler who never, ever gets fast food. I waited and waited and couldn’t even get anyone’s attention to ask if it would be much longer or just get my money back. A gentleman, who had been waiting a very long time for two cheeseburgers, asked the manager about the wait and she replied in a very rude manner. She said she had his order, however it was the wrong order. He then said he had to be at work soon and he could wait no longer (second time he asked) and that he would just come back for his food after his 8 hour shift. No apologies, no trying I accommodate him with some food so he didn’t go to work hungry. Nothing. They just let him leave without anything. I waited a bit longer, going on 20 min at this point and finally got someone’s attention who slowly and silence got my disgusting, old, hard chicken nuggets and fries. All so my sick little guy could get a treat of fast food and a happy meal toy. She said nothing. I said it took 20 minutes and no one was nice. Said they were sorry or even acknowledged me during my wait to let me know my order was coming or it would be a while. You know, BASIC COMMON COURTESY AND BASIC CUSTOMER SERVICE. I know it’s just fast food but seriously it was an unnecessary and frustrating interaction and obviously will never go back and tell my family never to go there. Just at bare minimum have common courtesy for people. Bare minimum customer...
