Came to McDonaldâs in Middletown in shelbyville road and placed an order through drive thru! Asked for #1 on breakfast menu with egg on the side! I have an allergy to egg. My orange juice was filled only a little half way over. I drove all the way home and found my breakfast was not correct as there was egg in my sandwich. When I came back I spoke to judy(black girl with braids in her hair and she had an AirPod in her ear. Breakfast was over so I just asked for my money back. She refused saying I didnât have a receipt and bc I waited so long(drove home then back) she couldnât do anything for me. She did offer me lunch but I didnât want lunch. She also told me I should have checked my bag bc it was a rush hour. Iâm on a time crunch too. She never apologized and I brought this to her attention and her response was, maâam itâs the holiday season. So Iâm guessing bc itâs the holiday season this makes the situation right. She told me several times, I just work here. Iâm just a manager. This is far from leadership! She rolls her eyes like she doesnât have time! I chose to spend my money here and she had zero customer service! This is unacceptable and I will not return to McDonaldâs. Not if Iâm spending my hard earned money to be treated this way! I tried to call several times and phones not working. She told me I would have to wait till the lines are up. So now Iâm just without!    Read moreHorrible experience at this McDonald's today!!!! I went through the drive thru around 6pm on my dinner break from work . I ordered a cheeseburger no katchup fries and a tea. Drove all the way back to work only to find my burger was ONLY KATCHUP!! The receipt said no ketchup and the slip on the burger also said no ketchup yet somehow I got only catch u?!?! I called the "manager" who he said his name was Bret he told me to come back and he'd replace it . I had to wait untill 830 to go back on my next break however. When I got to the store the girl at the counter was very nice and she took my burger to have them replace it however the gentleman in the kitchen apparently cannot read English as he definitely could not speak English they tried to tell him no ketchup and he had no clue what they were saying and kept trying to fix my 2 and 1/2 hour old Burger I had to very poorly mind you attempt to tell him in Spanish what was supposed to be on my burger ( I know very little Espanol ) . I finally after probably 15 minutes left with my burger the way it was supposed to be made only 2 have a hard bun and cold sandwich still. I did not want to go back yet again! I do not recommend this location unless you speak fluent Spanish and have the time to go in and yell across the counter to the guy in the back in Spanish what you want.......... I will...
   Read moreWhen we arrived, the lady at the counter was on a cell phone ignoring everyone on line. We decided to use the dreaded kiosk. Using the screen that every other guest coughed, sneezed, and touched, to order their meals, we eventually keyed in our order. The kiosk directed us to select the "tent" and key in the number. I looked around looking for "tents" and could not find any. I eventually got the cell-phone lady, behind the counter's attention. With a unpleasant attitude she directed me to the side kiosk that did have "tent numbers" stacked on top of one another, behind a promotional sign (see picture). When we got our order, my wife's sandwich bun was stale. As we ate, I watched how many hands touched the kiosk screen and "tent" numbers when people could find them. In this COVID environment, I doubted that this was the best way to order food. If the Managers read these comments, please note: I AM NOT YOUR EMPLOYEE! YOU DON'T PAY ME FOR WORKING THE KIOSKS FOR YOU. YOU HAVE NOT PROVIDED ANY EMPLOYEE TRAINING TO ME.
