I recently went into so by Katie and let me just say I was lied to and the owner of the store. Katie herself was extremely rude to me. Her own words were like anybody would ever Listen to a teenager. I went in there and I got overcharged. The lady told me that it was gonna be $20 per item and she actually charged me $25 per item and then I wanted 5 inch and so she got me all rung up and everything and I paid and then later they text me asking for more money, which I did not agree to. I was like no like just don’t do that then I first tried to call once I picked up my towels, and I added it all up and realized that the money was not right and Katie was extremely rude to me over the phone. She kept on cutting me off and just didn’t not have good manners at all. So then I went into the store because maybe I thought it was something over the phone and it just wasn’t working and I was glitching or something turns out I wasn’t she repetitively kept on interrupting me and would not let me talk. You can tell that this business is ran off of money and not Customer based in the way that you can tell that they don’t really care about their customers as much as they care about money. She told me that there was a 4% charge because I decided to use my card, but the only way that I would’ve been able to know that is by the little sign that they keep in a corner of a desk that you can barely see. I was extremely disappointed in how this went, and I felt extremely disrespected. Read morePoor job in my opinion and I feel like my order was carelessly taken care of. Half of the work I requested to be done on the price was missing at pick up and no refund was offered or solution to the issue. I felt like I shouldn’t have to be the one to ask if I would get a refund for the work missing but I did and nothing was done. Probably won’t be back. Mistake was on something very meaningful and I felt as if it was brushed off and they kept my full payment without reimbursement as well :/
yes, this is my business account. The item was my child's first Christmas stocking in which the entire middle name I requested was left off. I confirmed with Monica that we had written it down for design and it was. I was not offered anything for the mistake correcting it or providing me with a refund of the materials that were not used but were paid for.
It's unsettling when the customer comes in and finds that something very meaningful was messed up and put so big on the center of it that other letters now cannot be added to it and the only answer I got from Monica at the front was "oh it would only be about two dollars that we owe you". I paid $55.00 total for a small name and birth date printed on a baby blanket (turned out correctly), and the stocking which was messed up entirely and that was the response I got about anything being done.

Read moreI was super excited to find this place and have them embroider something for me. I always like to support small businesses and thought this one would be perfect! When I called in I spoke with Robin who was very kind and provided excellent customer service. Robin let me know to send in a .dst file of my logo and that it would be done in a week. I asked how I would go about submitting the order completely and she told me that all I would have to do is send that email. I sent it in and received an email back from Katie advising they can’t accept that file and to send it as a jpeg and that there would be a $50 fee added for converting the jpeg to the proper file type. I called as I was a bit confused since this conflicted with what Robin had advised me. Robin initially answered and was quickly hushed by Katie who grabbed the telephone. Katie wouldn’t let me explain my confusion, instead talking over me and rushing me off of the phone. Portrayed poor customer service when speaking with me and brushing off all of my questions and making it seem as though my confusion was my fault. Ultimately— I decided not to go with this business as I would never want to support someone who were to treat potential customers that way.
