Hello Comfy Cow management,

We just had the worst experience possible from your staff, specifically Hillary. Myself and my family are visiting from Florida and we expressed concerns about the viscosity of one of the shakes. After spending over $30, we hoped for a second attempt to confirm that the shake could not be made thicker. Instead of an understanding and attentive response, we experienced a hostile and uncooperative exchange of words. Hillary refused to remake the shake and blamed my wife for letting it sit for too long. She further stated that she was really busy and proceeded to sit in a side office, away from us. To compound matters, we then overheard her complain to the staff about how annoyed she was with us and went on to use several profanity statements. Lastly, one of the employees, James, attempted to remake the shake and received backlash and specific directions not to. Everything about this situation was disgusting and shameful. I hope this is not how you conduct your business. Furthermore, we will not be attending and will be suggesting that others do not receive business from...

Absolutely delicious! My husband and boys wanted ice cream so we went but I had no idea they had coconut milk ice cream too. I can’t have regular ice cream and typically when I go to any ice cream shop, I’m lucky if they have vanilla (coconut milk) ice cream but I was super surprised they not only had chocolate, vanilla, & strawberry…they also had German chocolate cake, coco moco loco (almond joy) and others in the coconut milk options! I tried three flavors, all were delicious! My husband and boys loved their regular ice cream too and the service was amazing. The young man that was working was so helpful and kind and patient when I had a hard time deciding! 5 stars for sure! Next time I’m in town, I’ll be sure...

This is my favorite ice cream shop so far. Wish we had this ice cream all over California. It’s hard to find banana flavored ice cream. They have a seasonal ice cream called: Banana Nana Fofana
