I was at Town Blvd Wendy's for lunch. I have been there many times but today was the worst experience I have ever had at any Wendy's. Placed order at drive-thru. My order was repeated back with total 13.oo & change. When pulled up to window our total was 17.87, we wondered why so much. We was handed a drink which we didn't order so as soon as we got our order I looked it the food & receipt. Which it was not our order and the receipt in the bag didn't even go with the order but was the total we were changed. We had already told them the drink was not ours, so then told them it was the wrong order. We was told it was our order and they shoved the bag back to us. We pulled in so I could speak to someone else. MARCUS , very nice young man at the counter tried to help and seen the issues that I had. The rude lady in charge came over and as a tried to explain the issues with the order and the difference with the receipt she cut me off before I finish with my issues. I heard her speak with the rude lady that had already Informed it the window of the order. The lady in-charge returned with a different receipt and said they would correct the issue and refunded the over charged amount. But belittle me by telling me that I order it incorrectly and that I need to correctly order it the next time. I had order the same way that I always have. I was so mad at that point I just want to take the single and receipt and leave. I was so upset I couldn't even eat my single 😩. After calming down, looking at the second receipt I received was still not our order. It was paid by credit card, We paid cash. And had items we didn't order or received. We were still over charged. MARCUS WAS THE ONLY REASON I GAVE 1 STAR. ...
Read moreManager was a joke. We ordered 2 number 3s. I understood being lunch time they were busy, like I literally pulled in at noon. I took it upon myself, along with other people in line waiting outside, to go in and just grab my food. I opened the door and immediately stepped on a wet floor sign that wasn't upright. I slid across the floor (between the lobby doors) landing in a split and on my knee right at the glass doors. Everyone just stood and watched. No one helped me up or offered a simple "Are you okay?" I continued the rest of the way to the counter and asked if this was my food. This is now about 10 mins after I ordered. One girl just shrugged her shoulders and said "I don't know". The manager then stepped around the corner from the drive thru window side (near front counter) so I asked her. I didn't say anything else. I didn't even bring up my fall or wait time, I just wanted my food I had already paid for. She then said in a sarcastic tone "Um hi, how are you" and I asked again if this was my food that was just sitting on the counter. She took the bags and then proceeded to tell me I had an attitude and she wouldn't talk to me. No apologies from anyone. I walked out. I understand it was lunch rush, I truly get it but that was absolutely uncalled for. Everyone in that restaurant witnessed this happen, workers and customers. It could have been alot worse for me or others as I went right into the glass door and people were walking in and out. Very unprofessional. And we still didn't get our food....
Read moreDrive through teller was very mean, dressed unprofessionally, kept asking what did I say but doing it very rudely - all I said was may I have the 2 for 3 egg and cheese biscuits, she desperately attempted to confuse that simple order- then blamed it on me by bodily saying with an attitude " Next time just say you want egg and cheese biscuit 2 of 'em" It was clear she was on a warpath, I don't know why, but it was so much so that I certainly wasn't going to actually eat the food I ordered, I just left and threw the food away!!
I drove directly nextdoor to eat instead (steak n shake) while waiting on my order there, I look over at Wendy's and saw 2 workers they came outside and was talking or smoking etc, *ignoring the people that was Still waiting for his order at the drive through window at the time, I know because he drove to the front and saw the 2 workers standing outside, he rolled his window down he did a hand gesture as if to say (what the fudge are you guys doing where's my order?!?) the cook looking lady literally yelled at the driver and said I told you we will be right there, the poor man drove back around to get in the drive through line... They probably already took his money so he couldn't leave rightfully. 😠 It's so terrible and not the first bad experience I've seen or had there. I usually avoid going to that particular location, the ones I frequent never treat...
