I am deeply frustrated with the experience I had at McDonald's recently. It was a simple order, something that should have taken no more than a few minutes to prepare. However, the wait time was inexplicably long, leaving me feeling both irritated and disappointed.
Firstly, the inefficiency of the service was glaringly obvious. When I placed my order, the restaurant wasn't particularly busy. Yet, I found myself waiting for an extended period. Read moreThere's a young girl that works the first window in the morning that is awful!! She doesn't even talk, her lips just move! Although I was the only one in line when I was ordering, I was moving up to the paying window. The young girl didn't even say a word & took my card. When I got to the second window they were handing me a bag, when all I ordered was a coffee. I looked at the women & said the stupid girl in the first window literally didn't even say a word to me, so I am guessing I paid for someone else meal & not my order 😡😡😡😡😡 Yep!!!!!!! Sure did. They still didn't even make this right. I was charged for whatever the other person ordered & my order. The manager handed me $2 and some change back, but wasn't even the right amount still 😒😠😡😡😡
I gave service one star due to this one employee. How do you go thru the drive thru again the next day & the same young girl doesn't even say a word AGAIN??? What happened to customer service! I don't expect you to cater to me, but you could at least say HI !!!!!!!! Better yet, tell the customer thank you, come again. Or wish them a nice day like a normal...
Read moreVery specifically told the kid at the drive-thru my son is allergic to cheese I need two meat patties a bun and ketchup that's it on the burger, this happens all the time so at the drive-thru window I open it it's even got the tag on it that says double hamburger no cheese only ketchup so it's got the special tag on it, I drive off get home open it up it it has cheese on it so I grab it back up and put it back in the bag drive back up there to get the meal replaced because they messed up to bring my son food they said they'll only replace the burger, like hello I have to come back and wait for another Burger to be made before I could bring him his food so now he has one hour old French fries.
