Rally's — Restaurant in Midland

Drive thru forgot 2 of the sandwiches, luckily we checked order before pulling out. We pulled around and when we got to the window and explained that we were missing 2 sandwiches the manager came and read the order then told us that we would get our sandwiches in a couple minutes. He then started do something on the cash register and talking to the young man at the window who had grabbed our sandwiches and gave them to the manager instead of handing them to us. The manager then explained that the 2 sandwiches didn't get rang up and that we owed $5 something more. I looked at the menu again and added up our meals which were $7 which we got 2 so total of $14 plus tax and we paid the $14 plus tax on the receipt . Thing is he rang everything up separately and got the first total of $14 plus tax but when we had to pull around and gave the manager the receipt he rang it up and came up with a $5 difference which didn't make sense because either way it still was 7+7+ tax. Where he got that number I will never understand because he couldn't explain it. So in other words we had to pay more money to get our sandwiches $5. We paid then realized we had been sitting there and our fries were cold along with our 2 new sandwiches. What?! My first bad experience at Rally's and super disappointed. It will be awhile before I go again...

Made a mobile order, you guys took my money and then when I get to the window she says that "my order hasn't popped up yet and that it takes a few mins to pop up". I put the mobile order 15 minutes before that so i know she is lying because I could see that it already processed on my phone. So I make a 2nd just to see what lies she'll tell me now. Sure enough she says "it hasn't popped up and If I want to sit out in the parking lot for 10-15 mins it might pop up" Once again I can see it already processed and my money was taken again. I use the mobile app all the time and have never once had a issue. Hire people who aren't completely a waste of space. Not to mention how ridiculous your prices have gotten. All around one of the worst...
