I ordered a breakfast crunchwrap and the order was wrong and was missing the meat. I brought it the counter simply explaining what went wrong, the young boy at the counter called the manager over and she wanted to argue how there was meat it in which I continued to say there was not. She then took her gloves and ripped open the food digging to simply find - shocker - NO MEAT. The manager then agrees to make a new one and wants to argue with me that I didn’t get meat on it because I swapped sausage for bacon. She kept continuing to show me the kitchen screen showing it doesn’t say swap sausage on it, but I kept continuing to show my receipt which she refused to look at. I then stated it wasn’t my fault that their ordering kiosk isn’t communication properly with their kitchen screen. My order gets remade and what do you know, STILL WRONG. At that point, I’m not going back a second time to argue over something that they clearly cannot get right. I submitted a complaint on the Taco Bell website and what do you know, NEVER GOT A CALL or EMAIL trying to fix the situation. Wasted money, frustration, and clearly an issue that needs to be fixed with their ordering kiosk and the kitchen...
Read morePlaced two orders 15 minutes prior to picking it up, waited 20 more minutes there, and one of them was finally done. Waited another 10-12 minutes for the second one, for it to not be done & the staff member to tell me that “they just didn’t make it”. I hope it’s not a common occurrence to just “not make” the orders they don’t want to.
Just to make it back to my busy store (that had to deal with me taking over double the lunch time allotted), waiting another hour+ to finally be able to eat, come to find out the entire order, except the drink, was incorrect.
Stopped going to the one on N Saginaw bc they messed up my order every time, and now it’s time to Nyx this one too.
I usually try to NOT write mean reviews bc retail is hard, and workers are not paid nearly enough for what they have to deal...

I had spent $25 I was 110% unhappy with my experience I had ordered three tacos, all of which were cold. There was two items on my order that were made wrong when my wife had two bites of her food, she told me it was made wrong so I told her I would take everything back in and I would get a refund. they gave me a refund for my food, and when I came back out, my wife had told me that she was about to puke. The seating area was on clean and not kept up with the station in which they make all the food did not appear to be clean since this morning.
About the only good thing I can say is that the people were friendly.
I would love to talk to the store owner.
