Starbucks — Restaurant in Midvale

2025 I’ve been out of state but I’m looking forward to visit this location guys and after that I will write an update to my pass review and see if things have changed at this location.

2023 Racist staff, I was treated with total disrespect by female barista at this location last Saturday May 20. She gave me an attitude because I let her know I had ordered a drink and it was taking long,. This person continued helping other people, then asked me what I had ordered, another barista answered and repeated to her what the order was. I waited understanding they were busy, but the moment she was to give me my drink she pushed it to the side with an attitude like if I were a non citizen, alien or something like that. I had paid for my drink before this happened, I was not getting it for free, so I requested to speak to Supervisor, she also gave me an attitude; she said that barista was good and if I wanted she could give me corporate office phone number. So she did, meanwhile she was speaking loudly making a show of it for people to watch. Following, I requested store number and Supervisor’s name but she ignored me saying “you can Google it”….

At the time I walked in it wasn’t busy maybe 2 people in drive through and 1 person sitting inside. The cashier took my order and asked for someone to cover the front so she could use the restroom. I received my drink perfect. I waited for a moment and realized no one was working on the rest of my order so I stood there trying to be polite until someone noticed me, I asked for the rest of my order. The barista asked the other to grab that. I received my coffe cake heated up which I requested cold and the wrong item. I asked for the correct item and told him what it was. I received my sous vide with out a fork so I stood up there again saying excuse me I was ignored until I walked over to the side and asked for a fork. He said oh we were out, here. I wanted to take their survey but I realized I wasn’t offered a receipt. The tables were not clean , only 2 were dirty to be exact. I very rarely come to this Starbucks because of word of mouth complaints but I like to make my own judgement. Well I wanted my tip back and I could understand if they were slammed but this was not the case. Also why is it when I ask for the Sous Vide I was corrected twice by them saying oh the egg bites? It’s sous vide right on the sign! I felt like I was a hassle to them and I’ll just drive to my usual one I go to from now on lesson learned. Kirby made my experience today for the first time ever at this location the worst. She was very disrespectful to me and all I did was come in and ask for my drink to be remade because she gave me all creamer and milk with a little bit of coffee at the top for my drink. I know it’s just a drink, but this drink has me going along way at work and I can’t function if I can’t have the coffee that I wanted. When I asked her, she told me I had to pay for its whole new drink after I already paid for the last one that wasn’t made right, even though I gave her the drink that I had full and untouched. I told her that I shouldn’t have to pay for something that I didn’t drink and she told me I had to leave the store and to be honest I didn’t raise my voice. I didn’t talk to her in any bad way. I don’t know if this lady was already having a bad day, but she went to the extreme With her attitude for no reason. I hope the district manager goes back and looks at the camera to see what this experience was for me, I hope no one else has to deal with this lady. Not a good fit for a cashier. I go to this place almost all the time. No bad experiences ever. Just today with Kirby, I hope she can figure it out cause this place will lose its vibrancy with people like her. Her...
