I really hate to give a bad review but the management needs to step up. A little more training of register help is needed. I was there with my grandson two day in a row during lunch rush. Only two people taking orders. I watched as customer after customer walked away after placing their order completely unaware that the cashier had walked away to retrieve their drinks, which takes an excruciatingly long time with the lids having to be fitted on to each drink. Solution: train cashiers to speak up and tell the customer they are getting their drinks or better yet have support staff getting drinks while the order is being completed. Monday I ordered a club wrap with the offered pickle spear, kids meal and two Brookies. I received a sandwich instead of a wrap and no pickle spear, kids meal as ordered but only one brookie. Not a big deal but did ask for our other brookie. Tuesday we returned Asked for kids meal broccoli soup was told, âwe donât have that as a kids mealâ. Okay just a bowl of broccoli soup, Spud with cheese and bacon, brookie and chocolate chip cookie. We received a bowl of potato soup, spud with cheese but no bacon and no brookie or chocolate chip cookie. The brookie and cookie was quickly and easily remedied. However, the bacon issue was resolved by bringing a container of cold straight from the refrigerator raw...
Read moreThis place is perfect if you're a skinny teenage white girl; but as a man this ain't the place. I've been here a few times and I can't seem to find the right thing to order. My latest visit I ordered a grilled chicken club and it was kinda whack. There should be quotation marks where it says grilled. Because it looks like it was grilled at some point but not before it got slapped onto your sammich. First of all, it's one sandwich and a side. The sammich has 3 slices of bread. The middle bread is just making sure your sauce and veggies aren't touching your cheese and meats. It's like they were trying to go for high end sandwiches but missed the goal by like 25ft. In all honesty there should be meat in both levels of the bread sammich or at least cheese. The side....there should be 2 sides, let's be real. The Mac & Cheese is alright but the size was lowkey for children. After I finished my food, 3 hours later I ended up eating again at 5 Guys because of the lack of sustenance in my McAlister's order. So basically my McAlister's visit cost me $59 since I had to eat again a few hours later. I only come here when my mom wants some, she's a small lady so it's fine for her. Otherwise I honestly just make myself a sandwich at home where I actually grill my bologna before I put my cheese to melt on my butter toasted...
Read moreMy boyfriend and I received half of our food. Yes! $36 later and didnât even get our complete meal. After we received our food (thru Postmates) and saw that our order was incomplete I called McAlisterâs to notify them of the mishap. When trying to explain why I was calling, I was CONSTANTLY cut off by the manager Harley, it could barely convey my issue. I felt rushed and like she was frustrated. I was given excuses like âthe salad you ordered is not on the menuâ and âThereâs no way to truly fix the problem since it was thru Postmates. As a consumer, I read the menu and order. I have no clue if something is not available if it clearly shows it on the ordering menu. But the salad wasnât the biggest issue. I ordered a âPick 2 half sandwich half saladâ I received 1/4 of my sandwich and a salad of THEIR choice; not what I ordered. Then I order a âFrench Dip Sandwich with a side salad (which is an additional 2.99) and received half a sandwich and a side salad. Instead of saying, âMaâam it would be our pleasure to fix your orderâ I was repeatedly cut off and told thereâs nothing she can really do because it was thru Postmates. I received the ABSOLUTE worst customer service from the manager and an unresolved issue that I have to address tomorrow with upper management. My time is wasted and my boyfriend and I are still...
