The customer service is the worst. I've order from the app to have delivered. The last 3 times they've messed up my order. 1st they gave me the Wrong sandwich. I didn't complain because things happen. The second time I orderd the combo drinks and chips. They didn't send me the drinks. I let it go again and just went to get my drink. Yesterday I ordered again and still they again left out the drink and chips. This time I order because I'm sick and not sure if its covid. I called. Julie (who also claim to be store manager) first claimes she personally put them in the bacg and there's nothing she could do about it. The bag was sealed with the three seals so it was not opened since it left the store. I told her. Then she claim she checked with her employee and they said they put it in the bag. Now she clearly is lying. Which is it did she put it in bag or did her employee put it in bag. End of the day she claim she couldn't give me a refund on my card since i used points for one of my sandwiches and she couldn't have the drinks delivered because I need to make a new order (meaning I repurchase and pay new delivery charges). That my only option was to come pick up the drinks. So potentially with covid she made me come to the store again to get drinks. Read moreI try to temper my bad reviews since in any single experience something can go a little wacky and I hate to ding a place for a single mistake. But this place has some issues. My first bad experience -- during a busy time I ordered a "giant" sub and I knew the clerk wasn't listening to me. He served up a "regular" cheesesteak after asking me three times what I wanted. I repeated my order exactly the same each time. As I had already paid he made another and charged me for two regular cheesesteaks. It took over 25 minutes to get in and out. With the extra ingredients I had added, I paid $3 more than a giant which I did not realize until I got home. I signed into the Jersey Mike website and promptly complained. I heard nothing. My next visit I presented a $2 off coupon for a giant cheesesteak, ordered a giant cheesesteak, received it and when I checked my receipt at home I found that I only gotten $1 off. Read moreI must say I love jersey Mike's but this particular location was very disappointing, I placed an online order and gave the enough time to get my order ready, however when I arrived at this location my order was still not ready as they were taking care of walk in customers, I asked about my order and the man with a bunch of tattoos said it will be ready soon, finally after almost 10 minutes waiting he started to make my sandwich and then another customer walked in at that point he left my order to the side and took care of the customer that had just walked in, I asked why did he do that and he mumbled something under his breath, I felt very uncomfortable at this point and asked for a refund and another man came out he was asian and tried to talk me out of my refund and then he ended up telling me that he couldn't do it and that I'd have to come back so to this day I still never got a refund and they can keep the money after all I rather lose $20 rather than to be treated very poorly so I don't recommend this location I now go yo the one on hunter's ridge where I am always treated...
