Romeo's Pizza — Restaurant in Mifflin Township

I am incredibly disappointed by this shops management. We ordered two large specialty pizzas for delivery, and paid over the phone. Forty five minutes later, our pizzas were done. We were called and they said our address is outside the delivery zone, and then refused to do anything- we offered to meet halfway. They wouldn’t even give the phone to someone else so we could get a better problem-solver. They refunded the order after we asked, and immediately went to hang up without another word. The laziness and unwillingness to help fix the situation was incredibly frustrating, especially since they could have called right after we ordered, or told us right at ordering that we were out of range. We were a two minute drive out of range. They refused to go out of range because the manager claimed the driver didn’t want the extra mileage, but we would have tipped them for going the extra as a courtesy for...

Honestly I wish I wrote a review years ago and it would have been 5 stars always EXCELLENT service, hot pizza. I hadn't ordered for a long time and figured I would. Took a little longer than normal, but ok. Take a bite and it's almost cold with a weird taste I don't ever remember &Not square cut like I selected, but whatever I'm drinking so it's fine. A month later decide to give it another shot. Same scenario except I'm sober and I'm wondering what exactly happened to this place ? The sauce doesn't even taste the same. Although they do still give u the capone sauce which is great bc it's the only way to eat this new strange tasting pizza. Obviously don't know what square-cut means since this time my md. pizza was cut into 16ths I was not completly unhappy about that...

My very first time in Romeo’s. After being away from Columbus for several years. I was told that I must try Romeo’s Pizza. Hands down, the best pizza I’ve had. And that is a statement. There is a family favorite that has been my go to for my entire life. But that has changed. Not only do I appreciate the person that told me about Romeo’s. But I cannot speak highly enough about the experience I had with the staff. Both Paige and Zack impressed me with their care for customer service.
